She took fantastic care of my cat, Winston, keeping him entertained and well-fed. She also ensured all my house plants thrived and properly maintained the swimming pool. Everything was in perfect condition when I returned, and Winston was happy and relaxed. She's reliable, responsible, and truly cares for the well-being of both pets and plants!

Serena was sweet and did a great job pet sitting for our short trip. When we left, our large senior dog was getting along great with her, and when we returned the house was clean and tidy, pets were fed, and waters were filled. I would have liked more updates/photos while we were gone, but I did not talk about it with Serena before our trip, and was busy during the trip. I now know to set that expectation before.
