Serena has been literaly the best dog walker i have had the pleasure to trust with my dog Titan. Although it usualy can take Titan a while to trust someone new he sensed she was special. She has such a quiet and relaxed energy with out any fear. She was not only knowledgeable she asked for a very complete history and respecting social distancing was accommodating when I requested to go with them on the first walk until I was certain they got along.When she had to move out of our area she even helped me find another dog walker. My schedule is constantly changing and Serena has been nothing short of a life saver for me and Micks. It’s great to know I can count on Serena whether it's a busy work day or I am just out of town! She also checks up on my place while I'm away. Not only does she remain flexible but she does so in an incredibly professional manner. It's rare that people are able to be so friendly while maintaining professionalism and Serena manages to do so with every pet as well as every owner. She has eased my worries about putting our pet in the care of someone else and has given me freedom without it being at Micks’ expense. I would recommend her to anyone!
