Serena is incredible! She took such great care of my mini dachshund - all the meals and walks and all the special instructions were adhered to completely. She was also great at communicating about Marlee and her moods (my girl can be moody), and sent some pictures too! I can be at peace whenever I go out of town knowing Serena is taking a good care of my pup.
Serena was wondeful,caring & detailed oriented. She made being away from our 3 cats bearable. She's reliable & thorough. She eased our worries by sending frequent updates, pictures & videos. She went above & beyond. She took special care of our diabetic cat to see vet & took her to specialized vet hospital due to an emergency. She followed instructions precisely particularly with medication & feeding schedules. Definitely, I highly recommend her & will reach out to her in the future. She's awesome!!
Serena did an exceptional job at caring not just for my dog but for my cat as well. She would send me progress pictures and videos showing that my animals were doing fine and thriving under her supervision. Showing that she is not only watching them but interacting with them. From playing games to stimulate their minds to long walks in the parks. Making sure they're not only working out their bodies but also their minds. She is a caring and attentive pet sitter. I would recommend her and contract her for her services again.
Serena is wonderful and trust worthy! She treated my pet like he was her own! She has provided a number of drop in visits for my family and we have had the best service! Highly recommend!
