I’ve always been an animal lover and I’m devoting the entirety of my career to making the world a better place for our fur babies. I strongly believe that practice and theory go hand in hand, and both my professional and personal life are focused on the care of animals. My experience as a social science researcher who has to have a strong ethics background and be detail-oriented has carried into all aspects of my life, including pet care. Unlike the majority of sitters in Rover, I never charge a holiday fee! This helps you save on those extra charges over long weekends. :) I also have flat fees across the board based on time and number of animals (including no extra fees for puppies), which helps keep booking prices easy for you and me to keep track of. My rates are set to account for the fact that I’m there to spend one-on-one quality time with your pets. Additionally, I’m very diligent during meet & greets and have a form for you to fill out with you and your pets details so we are actively communicating, ensuring that your pet gets the best experience possible, and to make sure your pets are always safe and taken care of in the way you request. My goal is to work with you and your pet in the way that works best for both of you. Pet Care Experience: Being a pet parent myself, I understand how stressful it can be to have your animals in the hands of someone new. I aim to ensure you feel comfortable throughout the process. For your peace of mind, I always send detailed updates with numerous photos so you can see exactly what we’ve done during the visit. I also love animals and have taken care of many! I have my own senior cat, have volunteered at the SPCA and have cared for others dogs and cats before. I have walked both small and large dogs quite frequently, so just let me know how you want your dog walk to go and I can do that! I have also stopped in to care for many animals before, including staying with an animal for extended periods of time. Walks, playtime, feeding, watering and cuddling are nothing new to me! I absolutely adore animals and spending time with them is something I genuinely enjoy. Animals can feed off of our moods and my goal is to ensure I come see your animal with a heart filled with joy. Both myself and your animal will leave with smiles on our faces!
