My family owned a Rottie for 6 years, and I've pet sat for family and friends for years. Both my family's dog and a couple of other puppies I have cared for have separation anxiety and I am prepared to take care of dogs with a little extra care. I personally love it when owners already have a pre-set checklist of how they'd like me to care for their pet and their home because that helps me do a good job.

I really appreciate when pet owners already have a set of tasks they'd like done or taken care of as I pet and house sit. It helps me do a good job, and know that I am not missing any important details. Especially if its a pet that needs extra care or if they just need someone to water that plant while they're gone. If a pet has a lot of separation anxiety, I'm pretty flexible with staying with the pet as often as I can to make sure they, and all home decor stays safe. I am also not afraid to take a pet to the vet in the case of an emergency and I think updating the owners when I come and go or other small things throughout the visit is really important. Every pet owner wants to know their pet is taken care of :)

This was the second time I’ve booked Serena, and she was great with my blind/deaf dog, Shiola. She was responsive, gave consistent updates, and was very respectful of my home. It’s nice to know that my dog is in good hands when I’m out of town, and I hope I’m able to book her again for my next trip!

Serena was available and communicated so quickly when we needed someone for our two dogs with less than a week’s notice. She was very thorough with the information she gathered prior to the sit and sent updates throughout her stay including pictures. Thank you so much!
Serena does a fantastic job. She has taken care of our dog and two cats a number of times and also house sat. We always feel relaxed when she is looking after our pets and come home to a house that’s cleaner than when we left.
I had a great experience with Serena. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about our pet’s well-being. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Our 3 dogs were happy, healthy, and well cared for when we returned home. We’ll definitely be using her services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!

Schedule
Pet sitting is a pretty large part of my weekly routine because it helps me fill in the blanks as I save up for my current goals. I am generally flexible with scheduling and overall I just really like to help out.
