Serena did an excellent job looking after Hamlet! He’s a shy, anxious dog, but she was incredibly patient, put him right at ease, and made him feel completely comfortable. Her communication throughout the stay was wonderful, giving us complete peace of mind. We couldn't have asked for a better caregiver and highly recommend her!
Serena was great looking after our dog Willow for 2 days and 1 night. She left the house spotless and sent lots of videos and photos whilst we were away. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
My family and I are delighted to have chosen Serena to stay for a week at our home and look after Arrow, our dog. In addition to being a likeable person, Serena is very punctual, organised, and shared with us regular updates and photographs while we were away. She also took great care of our home. Excellent service turned up early to receive instructions and was very enthusiastic. Was very understanding with the dog on a very hot day and willing to stay with the dog an extra half hour even though this was very late. Also gave the flat a good clean.
