Excellent service turned up early to receive instructions and was very enthusiastic. Was very understanding with the dog on a very hot day and willing to stay with the dog an extra half hour even though this was very late. Also gave the flat a good clean.
Serena and her partner were able to dog sit our husky Coco for the day at short notice - they were both lovely, easy to communicate with and Coco was very happy and relaxed with them! Serena kept us updated with plenty of photos and was very accommodating when we had issues getting home on time. Would 100% recommend and would love them to dog sit again!
Serena was great with our dog and we had a great experience having her stay over while we were away! She really took care of our pup as well as the house. Would happily have her again!
