Hello! I am Serena! I grew up on a farm, so I have been around/caring for animals my entire life! I can care for a range of smaller animals such as sugar gliders/hedgehogs, along with larger animals like horses/goats! Here on rover, I try to offer the best care I possibly can to meet your specific pet's needs! I am able to give your pet their daily meds, meet their dietary needs to your expectations, keep up with their exercise requirements, and more! Our pets are our family. They deserve the best care so you can have peace of mind while you're away!

Safety, trust & environment
When I am caring for someone's furbaby, I always ensure they have every need met! Daily exercise, food/water, plenty of potty breaks, lots of snuggles, and most importantly, daily small health checks. Animals can't always tell us when something hurts or when they are uncomfortable. I always ensure I check their pawpads/legs for any bugs/thorns they may have brought in from outside. For kitties, I make sure they do not have any litter stuck in their fur or on their paws that could cause them discomfort. Gently checking the fur of any animals that go outside can be very important especially during flea/tick season as well, so i always ensure i am looking for ticks when they come inside during pets/cuddle time!

Serena was a wonderful sitter. She updated us and sent photos of our babies, giving us peace of mind while we were away. Definitely would recommend.
Serena was amazing. She stopped by 3 times a day to take care of my 2 dogs and 3 cats. I even had one dog that needed to take some medication while we were gone and she had no problem doing that. She sent pictures of the animals every day and kept me updated about everything. We were worried about leaving the dogs alone for so long but I'm so happy we had Serena there to take care of them and love them.
I can’t say enough good things about Serena! She treated my pet like her own—so attentive, patient, and caring. I got regular updates that really put me at ease, and I could tell my dogs and cats were happy and comfortable the whole time. It’s such a relief to have someone so trustworthy. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Schedule
As a pet parent, pet care will always be a huge priority in my day to day life! I have my own 3 cats and a dog at home! When I am away for work, I always ensure my furbabies have plenty of food, water, and enrichment to keep their day as fun filled as it can be even when im not there! Whenever I am home, i always make sure i pay lots of attention to everyone and ensure they are all still in good health! Accidents may not be common, but anything can happen! Checking on your pets after a long day can be important to ensure that there arent any hidden injuries! That being said, I have a very open and flexible schedule that allows me to ensure the best possible care for any/all pets that I am given the opportunity to cuddle!

- I always like to ensure your furbaby is getting the absolute best care when they are with me. This is a small list of things I would like to know about when you are booking with me! - if your furbaby is animal aggressive / people aggressive - dietary restrictions / allergies - medical conditions (seizers, chronic illnesses, asthma) - daily medications/dietary needs - restricted areas in the home (couch, bed, kitchen, etc.) - If your furbaby tends to slip out the front door, who I should contact or where they may go (I have never had this happen, but I like to be prepared for their safety and mine!) - vet contact information / any other helpful pet info!
