I have pets of my own, so caring for them on a daily is very important! Lots of walks, time for meals, playtime, and meeting general needs! This includes food, water, medications, etc. I have lots of time for furry friends and can care for them whenever someone may need it. As a pet lover myself, ensuring a pet is happy and well taken care of is very important to me and I will meet all of their daily and weekly needs.

When I’m staying at someone’s home, a pet’s care is always very important. The care all depends on the specific needs of your pet! For example, if your pup needs to be exercised at a park nearby or just walked a good while a few times a day near the house, I can absolutely do that. If they prefer to just lounge around the house and cuddle, I’m totally up for it! I can do any feeding routines along with daily exercise or training routines your pet may be used to. I can even try and start a new routine for you if you’ve been trying to start one. I always take great care of my pets making sure they have fresh water, comfortable places to lay, nice clean fur, food at the right times and amounts, plenty of potty breaks and play time, and of course, love! Breakdown- - walking your dog as needed or even bringing them to a park nearby if it is what you desire - ensuring they are safe and have access to the potty whenever they need it and checking throughout the day in case they don’t like to tell! (Keeping up with daily cleaning for litter boxes when it comes to cats) - cleaning up any messes the dog or cat may make during the stay and keeping track of anything they may eat.. shoes must really look yummy to some pups! - keeping up with a daily/weekly feeding schedule - keeping the water fresh and clean at all times so your pet never has to worry about being thirsty. - understanding the daily playtime routine and making sure your pets feel loved and have lots of fun! - keeping up with lists you may provide specific to pet’s needs. - ensuring all daily and weekly medications are given to the pet at the times they are needed or as the schedule says to do so. - anything specific needs your furry companion may need are always welcome and will be put into the routine.

Please let me know if there is absolutely anything specific your pets may need while you are away! Also, if possible, it would be wonderful to know about habits you may be trying to train out of your dog. For example, teaching them to keep off the furniture. This is so I can ensure I’m now allowing them to do something you wouldn’t typically allow!
A typical day
I am always happy to ensure your pets have lots of fun even while you're away. I like to match the games or playtime to the pet's specific likes. For example, if your pet enjoys playing fetch, I will happily play with them wherever it is safe to do so. If your pet is more of the calm and relaxed type, I am happy to just sit and snuggle them or pet them. I would love suggestions as to what you usually do with your pets that they know you enjoy!

Hello! I am Serena. I am 18 years old and I have been caring for animals since I was 6. I have experience with dogs, cats, farm animals, and exotics. I can administer medications if it is needed, along with caring for pets who may not do well on their own. I am able to stay in your home, drop-in to visit, and even take your pets on walks when you can't! I am open to giving your pet a bath as well! I strongly believe that every animal deserves the best love and care. I can handle pets that may bite, bark, or hide. I have found that I am able to get along with almost every animal, even the ones who typically get nervous around new people. I understand that everyone's situation is different and every animal has their own needs. I can follow a calendar, a written note, or just general instructions. My main goal is to keep your pet feeling comfortable and safe while you are away. I will sit and hang out with your pet, give them tons of love, and ensure they are well taken care of. Serena was a wonderful sitter. She updated us and sent photos of our babies, giving us peace of mind while we were away. Definitely would recommend.
Serena was amazing. She stopped by 3 times a day to take care of my 2 dogs and 3 cats. I even had one dog that needed to take some medication while we were gone and she had no problem doing that. She sent pictures of the animals every day and kept me updated about everything. We were worried about leaving the dogs alone for so long but I'm so happy we had Serena there to take care of them and love them.
I can’t say enough good things about Serena! She treated my pet like her own—so attentive, patient, and caring. I got regular updates that really put me at ease, and I could tell my dogs and cats were happy and comfortable the whole time. It’s such a relief to have someone so trustworthy. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
