Hi, I’m Seren. I’m an absolute lover of all animals, whether it be dogs, cats, reptiles, insects, and more. I not only adore animals, but I’m passionate about animal husbandry and dedicated to perfection when caring for pets. I am dog first aid and CPR trained as of 4/2/23 and third-party insured for both dog walking and pet sitting. Before moving to Liverpool, I would regularly dog sit and dog walk for many of my neighbours and acquaintances in my hometown, and I absolutely loved it. I have now been working in Liverpool as a professional dog walker and pet sitter for 4 years, both freelance and previously with an agency. I have gained experience with many different breeds and sizes of dogs, including extra large breeds, bully breeds, reactive and/or aggressive dogs, and dogs with disabilities. I've had my own dog for 11 years now and we have enrolled in multiple dog training courses together, where I learned a lot about dog training and behaviour, and where my dog was awarded a bronze award in The Kennel Club's Good Citizen Dog Scheme. We've also entered a few amateur dog shows together, where my gorgeous girl earned herself plenty of rosettes. I've always been a cat lover and have been familiar and comfortable with cats since I was a toddler. I have grown up with many different cats, mostly rescues, all with their own personalities and past experiences. I have always felt able to find companionship from cats, and I was raised with an understanding and love for cats. I am very confident in my ability to read and understand both cat and dog body language, which enables me to bond with them while respecting their boundaries and needs. I not only adore animals, but I’m passionate about animal husbandry and dedicated to perfection when caring for pets.
