About Seray D.
Safety, trust & environment
I always recommend crate training to dog owners and a safe space for cats to frequent in emergency situations. Training your pet to gather at a muster point is so beneficial. I always pet proof and remove garbage, food and chemicals away from surfaces they can access. I also avoid giving dogs bones without supervision as it can cause choking or dental fractures. I always keep the door closed and am very careful with door routine. I always provide a detailed report of the walk at the end of the shift in addition to stool score and medical concerns.
Information Seray D. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know about the dietary preferences of your pet, any allergies, any medication and special needs. It is beneficial for me to know your dogs likes/dislikes (especially other dogs or people), leash preference and fitness level.
A typical day
Positive reinforcement is everything! This means lots of clicker training, mental engagement, play and exercise. Depending on the pet, I provide less/more exercise or mental stimulation. If your pet loves playing, that’s great! But if not, I am also more than happy to keep them company, give them lots of pets and belly rubs. For cats, we focus on wand toys and catnip. For dogs, we work on our basic training exercises, puzzles and physical activities.

Pet care experience
Hello! I’m Seray! I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs for a very long time. Although I possess years of experience and skill taking care of cats, I work at a shelter where I deal with all types of dogs. I bring lots of medical and training knowledge as a supervisor at an animal shelter. If you need someone to administer medication to your animal, keep them company, walk them or train your new pet, I will be glad to help!
Cat care experience

Seray also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.
Reviews
I would fully recommend Seray Desdemir to anyone looking for any type of pet care services. She has previously helped me with dog walking. I have 2 greyhounds and Seray is one of the few people I fully trust to take the two of them on walks. She has good instincts and can control a variety of dog breeds. She is a caring and empathetic person who adores any cat or dog she comes across and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for help with pet sitting or dog walking.
