Pet care experience
I’ve been working with animals for as long as I can remember, and they never fail to brighten my life. I have 8+ years of experience in caring for pets, whether that be training, exercising, or just caring for them in general. I have a small dog walking and basic training business, and have experience grooming both dogs and cats. I have four dogs and three cats (plus my foster kitten) in my home. I love working with animals, and have experience potty training, working with reactive dogs, trick training (cats too!) and some backyard agility.

Sequoia is a great communicator and took good care of our cat and sent lots of great pictures!
Sequoia is the best! She already had rave reviews but she certainly proved them all right. She was caring and loving to our pups. She let them play at her house. They look happy, healthy and in good spirits. She even helped us by going back to feed our babies when our flight was delayed causing us to get home late. Thank you Sequioa!
Sequoia was fantastic with our dogs. She was very patient with our younger dog who is on the shy side. She did multi meet and greats with her. She provided pics and updates to let me know how they were doing. It was clear when we got home Ginger Anne and Dolly were very well taken care of while we were away.
Sequoia C. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.

My backyard is fully fenced, but pets are never outside unsupervised. I have four dogs who are all friendly (albeit high energy) and three very dog-savvy cats who play as if they are dogs as well. I am able to keep pets separate if need be, and can easily crate your pet in a quiet, calm environment. My pets are all fed in their kennels, so there is no risk of resource guarding. Each pet is played with/walked separately unless they are from the same household and get along well. NOTE: I do not accept bookings with clients who don’t have pet information listed on their profile (photos, breed, size, description, vet information) unless that is provided at a meet and greet ahead of time.

Please let me know if your pet has allergies, sensitivities, requires any medication/supplements, behavioral quirks (reactivity, resource guarding, herding tendencies (such as circling, nipping at heels, etc..) and if they have any particular triggers so I can keep your pets comfortable and feeling safe.
A typical day
Lots of play time, walks, as well as downtime just hanging out. There’s a park near my house that I frequent with both my own dogs and client dogs for sniff walks, and I have a fenced backyard for playing fetch, frisbee, or playing in water with the hose or kiddie pool.

Availability
I have a lot of availability, including weekends, for pet care. I attend community college part-time, so I have a good amount of free time.
