Hi! We’re Seneca and Brian, a husband-and-wife pet care team based in Arlington, MA. We know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member because we’re pet parents too. Our goal is simple: to make your pet feel safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away. One thing that makes us unique is that there are two of us caring for your pet. While many sitters work alone, your dog gets the attention of both Seneca and Brian, which means more supervision, more playtime, more walks, and plenty of love throughout the day. Since we both work and study from home, someone is almost always around to provide companionship and keep your pet’s routine consistent. We share our home with our friendly Siberian Husky, Timba, who has taught us a lot about the needs of high-energy breeds and the importance of exercise, structure, and enrichment. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, snuggling on the couch, or simply relaxing in a calm environment, we tailor their stay to fit their personality and needs. Over the years, we’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, including puppies, seniors, shy dogs, energetic dogs, and pets who require medications or extra patience. We take the time to learn your pet’s routines, preferences, and quirks so they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Most of all, we treat every pet as if they were our own. We love building lasting relationships with both pets and their people, and many of our guests become repeat visitors. We can’t wait to meet you and welcome your furry family member into our home! 🐾

They were the best! Seneca and Brian were very kind, sent lots of photos, and seemed to know exactly what to do to make Loki feel at home. I would absolutely use them again!
Seneca was wonderful! He seemed relaxed when I came back, if a bit excited to see me.
Seneca, was very welcoming and warm with Dolce. Dolce didn't tell exactly how the evening went but she seemed happy. Also we were late because of traffic and Seneca let us know not to worry. Wouldn't hesitate to leave our pup in their care again.
Highly recommend Seneca and Brian! They were communicative and so helpful with last minute day care needs for my 10-month old puppy. She is super nervous and on the second day pulled me to their front door and wagged her tail ready to hang with their super sweet Husky!!! I received pictures and videos each day which helped ease my mind that she was minding her manners. Looking forward to using their services in the future!!!
Spork had an amazing stay with Seneca and Brian! Communication was super easy and we got updates of her all the time. Would recommend!
Madi had a great time with Seneca and Brian! She made some new dog friends. Madi was calm and content when I picked her up. I will definitely contact Seneca and Brian for future pet sitting needs!

Schedule
We both work and study from home, so we have the flexibility to adjust our schedule based on your dog’s needs. Whether your pup thrives on structured playtime, prefers shorter walks, or has special care requirements, we’re happy to accommodate their routine. Rest assured, they’ll get plenty of attention, exercise, and love while staying with us!

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and well-being are our top priorities. We’ve designed our home to be a secure, welcoming space where dogs can feel comfortable and relaxed. Our home has two floors, and we have a pet gate at the top of the stairs to help separate dogs during feedings or if a dog needs a play-break. We only use crates if that’s part of your dog’s normal routine or if you are crate training. Otherwise the dogs have free roam of the house! We also have a cat who enjoys his own space in the basement. He gets along great with most dogs, but to ensure everyone’s comfort, he has a separate area where he can relax undisturbed. While our yard is not fenced in, we have a secure dog run that allows for supervised outdoor playtime. We only use the dog run when one of us is outside actively engaging with the dogs, and we never leave them outside unattended. We strive to create a safe, structured, and loving environment where all pets feel at home. Whether your pup enjoys socializing or needs their own space at times, we’re attentive to their needs and will make sure they feel happy and secure during their stay with us!

A typical day
We believe in keeping dogs active, engaged, and happy throughout the day! Our usual routine includes a morning trip to the park where pups can play and burn off energy in a secure, fenced-in environment. Throughout the day, we take dogs out for walks every 2-4 hours to ensure they get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and potty breaks. We make it a point to switch up the routes we walk to provide new sights, smells, and experiences for mental enrichment. Beyond physical exercise, we love keeping dogs mentally stimulated with fun challenges and rewards. We periodically introduce puzzle toys with treats, interactive games, and basic training exercises to keep their minds engaged and prevent boredom. Whether it’s a food puzzle, a scent-tracking game, or reinforcing good manners with positive reinforcement, we make sure every pup has a fulfilling day. We feed all pets twice a day, with treats in between as needed. Our cat has his food and water in the basement, ensuring the dogs don’t have access to it. With a mix of activity, mental stimulation, rest, and plenty of love, we make sure every pup in our care feels happy, comfortable, and right at home!
