Sitter was suppose to pick my dog up and take her on day 2. She claimed that she couldnt find her leash and harness (which was exactly were I told her it was when I got home). I told her I could send her money or buy something online and have her pick it up so that she could be transported - all to be flat out denied. I never wanted her home at all but she said she was too busy on the first night to take her. Well she did check-ins instead of taking her and she clearly had seen that my dog was eating the hardwood door frame and there was sharp wood shavings everywhere when I got home. Huge safety issue considering my dog had sores and wood splinters all in her mouth. I know that she seen that because when she took a picture of my dog for me, I seen how red and swollen her mouth was and even asked her if she had noticed that she maybe had chewed something to get her mouth to become that red and swollen. She never once acknowledged it so that we could resolve the issue and if she would have picked her up like we discussed, that never would have happened. I thanked her for helping when I returned and asked her yet again if she had noticed that my dog chewed the wood and caused all that damage and again received no reply.

Selvia is the most responsible pet owner I’ve ever met. She exercises them multiple times a day, and she always puts their wellness and needs before her own. Not only does she care for her own pets, but she’s always dog and cat sitting for others. She also helps with rescue organizations and has done her own rescues.
