Hi there, I’m Selvi! A little bit about me… I’m a massive dog lover and have plenty of experience with dogs of different breeds and personalities. I grew up with a feisty and loyal GSD/Chow Chow cutie and later our family welcomed in a fun-loving chocolate lab sweetheart. Recently, I’ve returned to the US after living in Australia for the past couple years. In Melbourne where I lived, I was a pet sitter on a similar site to Rover called ‘Mad Paws’ and looked after numerous furry friends. Here in NY, I currently work for one of the leading dog walking companies. I’ve realized quite quickly this is my *true* dream job. In addition, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for a plethora of dog breeds, such as, mixed, corgi, yorkie, poodle, terrier, whippet, dachshund, chihuahua, german pointer, etc. I know how to properly care for dogs and can provide loads of love and affection to them. I’m also a master at research and have delightfully spent my free time learning more about canines and their uniqueness. Moreover, I was a dog foster carer under Victorian Dog Rescue in Australia and adopted a 9-year-old Weimaraner from the rescue group who I previously fostered for six months!
