I am currently working full time Monday - Thursday till 1pm. I am fully available after 1pm for daily or weekly walks and check-ins. I am reliable and communicative, so you will always know when I am heading to meet your pet, and updates regularly so you know I am following your instructions accordingly. Friday - Sunday I am available all day to host doggy day care, check in frequently, or to simply take your dog out while you’re gone. Taking care of anyone’s animal is a huge responsibility. As an owner of a new mini dachshund puppy, I know first hand how incredibly important it is to find someone reliable and dependable. Pet care is not one size fits all. I will make sure I adapt to your pets needs and stay on top of any instructions given prior to the visit.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully while also bringing my own attentiveness and presence. I make sure pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment by keeping routines consistent—feeding on time, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes or outdoor spaces, and providing plenty of playtime or walks. I adjust to each animal’s personality: giving energetic pets exercise and stimulation, while offering calm companionship to seniors or shy pets. Safety is always my top priority, so I keep a close eye on doors, leashes, and medications. Most importantly, I stay present with them—no rushing, no distractions—so they feel cared for and loved until you return.

A typical day
A typical day with me is full of fun, walks, and cuddles! I’m always out staying active—whether that’s running, walking, or playing fetch—so your dog will definitely get their energy out. I live in a beautiful, safe apartment complex with several dog parks nearby and great scenery. We’ll go on long walks, explore dog parks nearby, and play plenty of games to keep them happy and stimulated. Since I’m currently studying for the LSAT, my schedule is super flexible, which means I can be home with your pets for long stretches of time and give them my full attention and care.

I have taken care of all types of dogs from large to small from a wide age range for about 14 years. Over time, I learned how to become attuned to each individual dog’s needs. Every dog has its own personality and communication cues. I always want to make sure your pet is the most comfortable around me because I know how scary it can be to meet someone new. I am very attentive, detail oriented, structured, and communicative. I have taken care of senior dogs — often administering medications and keeping close supervision for any changes in behavior. And I have also taken care of anxious puppies that are learning the world away from their litter for the first time. I also recently got my own puppy and have successful crate trained him by keeping him on a routine that works for him and listening closely to his needs. I believe this quality in my care sets me apart because I do not view caretaking as solely a job, but as a huge responsibility. I do not take your trust lightly and I do my absolute best to make sure you are kept up to date with pictures of your dogs and reliable communications.

Selin took great care of our elderly cats and grumpy dog while we were out of town. She even gave one of my cats his daily inhaler. Extremely reliable and her communication is great!
Selin was excellent. We left our dog with her overnight. Normally our dog doesn’t eat when this happens, but he was so comfortable and at home that he ate with her. She was prompt, kind, and accommodating with a delay. Excellent service will be going back.
Selin did a wonderful job taking care of our three dogs for a few days. She follows all instructions perfectly including dealing with the medication for one of our dogs. We felt our dogs were in very good hands with her. Highly recommend.
Saline was fantastic. She kept us informed and shared photos with us. Roman can be quite a handful, but she welcomed him with open arms. I will definitely book her again.
