Offering Loving and Attentive Care
I grew up with a yellow lab named Mo. I was an only child and he was quite truly my best friend. He passed away when I was sixteen. This past summer, my family and I got a new puppy from Midcoast Humane, his name is Sol. I don't know how I went eight years without such a buddy! Caring for a dog has been such an important part of my life, and has offered me so much fulfillment and joy. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets, and understand how important they are to your life and how important their happiness is!

Selena did a great job taking care of our border collie mix, who suffers from separation anxiety, for over a week. Roland was relaxed and happy upon our return, and obviously bonded with Selena, which meant the world to us. In addition, Selena left our home clean and neat as a pin. We would not hesitate to have her care for our dog again.
Our pups love Selena! They are both adult rescues and are fearful of most people and Selena has the best approach and way with them. They warmed up in record time! Took wonderful care of our home as well.

Selena was so great to work with! She came over before the actual day I needed her, to go over the "routine" etc. While she was with Bud she was super communicative and checked in with photos and texts. Bud was well taken care for :). She wa also flexible about timing. Would definitely work with Selena again!!
Selena is incredibly responsible, compassionate, and reliable. She loves animals and connects with them deeply. Her empathy and intuition allows her the ability to discern the needs of people and animals. She also loves walking and being outdoors in all types of weather. I highly recommend Selena to care for your pet both inside and outside of your home.

I currently have a flexible remote job. Although I do need to commit at least six hours Monday through Friday to my job, I have much space in between to care for, walk, play with, and adventure with your furry friend!! My weekends are completely available.

Safety, trust & environment
Most preferabley, I would like to care for your dog in your own home. The house I live in currently does not have a fenced in area, however I would be open to talking through ways to make it work! I love to go on long walks, and would be happy to meet any of your dogs exercise needs or simply needs for muddy adventures.
Pets
A typical day
I love being outside with your pets, and would happily galivant and play wherever they most enjoy being. I have experience training my own puppy and would be happy to engage in any kind of training routines. I would play fetch and chase and give lots of belly rubs, if that is something your pup likes!
