So so accommodating and so sweet! I knew Ollie was well cared for and loved all the updates and pictures I received!!

I had a horrible experience with this sitter for drop in visits - 1. She does not start and stop the Rover cards for each visit so unless you have a ring camera you do not know when exactly she comes and goes. 2. She arrived over two hours late to her morning visit. I sent multiple texts and also had to call just to see if she was going to show up. My dog had soiled herself as a result. Sitter stated she was up late studying and that’s why she was not on time for the visit. 3. My pet is blind & wears a diaper when inside. She allowed my pet on the couch with a soiled diaper and said the couch smelled of urine. My dog stays in the kitchen and does not have access to the couch unless the sitter allows. Why was my dog in a wet diaper roaming the house with the sitter present? 4. Allowed my dog to get into the cat food. 5. Consistently let my cats out of their designated area despite my note saying they need to stay in their room. 6. Sitter requested I cancel the booking if I was unhappy with her services because she had lots of studying for school to do. I was extremely mad, but ended up finding someone else. I canceled the booking halfway through with Selena and received almost NO refund for the unfinished services because of her cancellation policy. Sitter did not waive the cancellation fee. Rover would not override the charge. BEWARE OF THIS SITTER
