A typical day with the pets I watch is all about comfort, routine, and fun tailored to each pet’s personality. We start with feeding, fresh water, and any needed medications, followed by lots of affection and check-ins to make sure everyone is feeling happy and relaxed. Throughout the day, I focus on enrichment and engagement — whether that’s playtime with favorite toys, interactive games, gentle walks, or simply cozy companionship. I love keeping pets mentally stimulated with puzzles, training refreshers, or exploring new scents and sights on walks. There’s always plenty of cuddles, belly rubs, and calm downtime built in, too. I make sure pets feel safe, loved, and at home while their owners are away, ending the day with evening routines, play, and extra snuggles so they can settle in comfortably for the night.

I’ve raised my husky since birth (he’s now 12!) and currently share my home with another four adults cats. We have a full house, but we believe pets make our house a true home! I’m very familiar with high-energy dogs who need plenty of attention, exercise, and adventure. Living in beautiful Colorado means your pup will enjoy safe, fun outings like walks, hikes, and park trips tailored to their energy level, age, and breed. I can even help with arthritic physical therapy! I’ve also fostered and boarded cats, helped with introductions to new environments, and cared for senior pets requiring medication or extra support. I’ve even helped rehabilitate kittens with spinal injuries — so your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities.
