Exercising a dog is great but you also want to make sure they are safe. On dog walks, this means bringing plenty of water and monitoring them to make sure that the physical activity is something they are still enjoying by looking for signs of distress.

A typical day
Let me take you'd dog on a hike or a walk/run around the neighborhood! Or if you're interested, I could take them on a hike up into the mountains. I'll take plenty of pictures for you throughout the trip so you can see how much fun they're having. I can also work with them on training. I am working towards getting the right number of hours to be CCPDT-KA certified, so if you you have anything you want me to work on feel free to let me know. I'm also open to having them socialize with my dog Dexter if they enjoy other dogs' company.

I've always loved pets from a young age. I've especially always been interested in the bond between a human and their dog. Whenever I could growing up, I would seek out opportunities to learn and practice dog training with people's pets. I currently have an Australian Shepherd who I love taking on all kinds of adventures. I raised him from a puppy and made sure from the beginning to train him with positive reinforcement. People are always impressed by how many tricks he knows! I also have experience caring/training for dogs of friends and family members. I'm known as a bit of a dog whisper with them! This includes caring for very elderly dogs with some complex healthy issues.

Sebastian is great! Super flexible, reliable, and our doggo just loves him! He goes above and beyond to play and entertain and care for our baby when we have to work. Continuing to use his services for the duration of our stay in Bellingham!
Sebastian is our top pet caregiver. He treats our black Labrador, Watson, like family, managing him calmly (never yelling) and using positive reinforcement with small treats. Watson is stubborn. But Sebastian’s patience with our puppy is exceptional. Sebastian consistently earns his focus and trust. It’s also clear he genuinely loves animals, as seen in the care and training he gives to his own Australian Shepherd, Dexter. We absolutely recommend Sebastian without reservation.
