Safety, trust & environment
All people and dogs are treated with kindness and respect. I require a meet and greet with every dog prior to services because dogs are individuals and I want to know how to best set up your dog for success in my home. Depending on your dog, we can tailor the meet and greet to what would make them most comfortable. I strongly encourage you to bring toys, food, treats, and/or anything else your dog finds comfort in. Dogs also find comfort in having a routine so it's important to me that I keep your dog on the same schedule as they are at home.

Information Seana F. would like to know about your pet
As stated previously, please disclose if your pet has any unique behaviors, allergies, or food tendencies (i.e. eating foreign objects) so I can plan accordingly to help your dog succeed in my home! I encourage owners to bring any sort of item or treats that would help your dog feel more comfortable in this space. Routine is also important to reducing anxiety so I like to know what your dog's specific routine is throughout the day so I can do my best to mirror it. The more information the better! **I will not service unneutered male dogs over 18 months old or dogs with bite histories.
A typical day
Dogs generally have the run of the house! I do have some rooms baby gated off but for the most part, they are on nice couches in luxurious air conditioning! Weather permitting we do go on short 20 minutes walks but seeing how hot it’s been lately, I prefer to do short and potty breaks while leashed in the back yard and use play and enrichment indoors. Your dogs are more than welcome to our toys and chews (as long as it’s not a choking hazard, of course!)

Certified Dog Trainer
Pet care experience
I am a positive-reinforcement dog trainer and petcare specialist. I have professional training certifications from Karen Pryor Academy and Do More With Your Dog, with seven years of experience training and over ten years of experience taking care of animals. 🐶💕 NOTE FOR WALKING: I have experience walking reactive dogs and dogs who have displayed anxious, fearful, and/or aggressive behaviors. However, I do not take any dog that is not dog friendly (i.e. socialized) into my home for my family’s safety and your pet’s safety. Thanks for understanding! ———————————-—————- I care about your pet’s comfort and feel confident that I have the tools and experience to help. I’m experienced in creating a fear-free space through working as a trainer and will only use positive reinforcement training methods to help set your dog up for success in my home. I also have experience working with puppies, separation anxiety, and dog/people reactive dogs and will tailor your dog’s experience to your dog’s individual needs. My own dog is social with other dogs and loves to play. While I do not have a fenced-in yard, you can rest easy knowing that your pet is always supervised. Potty breaks will be taken in the backyard on a leash and play/snuggles are welcomed on the couches and bed. I try my best to make sure that your dog comes home clean and content! I always pick up after my dog and every dog that comes through my backyard to prevent the transmission of diseases and pride myself on cleanliness! I require a vaccine history for the health and safety of your pets and mine. Please disclose if your pet has any unique behaviors, allergies, or tendencies to eat foreign objects (or stuffed toys) so I can prepare accordingly. I prefer to take a single dog but if you have multiple dogs that are socialized together (in the same household) I’m willing to discuss. For the safety of our pets, I do not accept any dogs with a bite history and I respectfully decline to use any punishment-based training (i.e. shock & prong collars). I do not accept unneutered male dogs over 18 months old. I also have medical experience from working with veterinarians and feel comfortable with administering medications and/or minor medical services. Thank you so much for your time! I’m more than happy to answer any questions.

Thank you!!

Seana is AWESOME. Extremely organized and transparent. Mason had a blast. I will definitely book again!!
Seana was great with Murphy! He was a little anxious upon arrival, but she quickly made him feel like he was at home! Lots of updates and pictures / videos too. I highly recommend Seana if you are looking for a great dog sitter!

Seana was absolutely fantastic with Florence. She constantly sent us pictures and updates, gave Florence many enrichment activities and treats, and plenty of love and attention. Seana is obviously a massive dog lover and is incredibly knowledgeable on dog behaviour, letting us know after key details she noticed about Florence’s behaviour and how we can fix them to make her an even happier dog. 14/10 recommend.
