Hi! We’re Sean & Michaela. We're a dependable, animal-loving couple with over five years of professional pet sitting and house sitting experience together, and a lifetime of hands-on pet care before that. Sean has 23 years of experience caring for animals. He grew up managing a family-owned pet store, working from the age of 6 through 17. That meant caring for dozens of animals daily: dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small animals, fish, you name it! It wasn’t just stocking shelves; it was cleaning enclosures, administering medications, socializing animals safely, and helping customers care for their pets at home. Michaela has 21 years of experience caring for dogs and cats. Like Sean, she was raised in a home filled with animals, five dogs and three cats total, and has been a lifelong animal lover. She also has hands-on experience caring for farm animals, adding to her well-rounded background. Together, we’ve cared for puppies, seniors, animals with anxiety or medical needs, and everything in between. We’ve built our lives around animals and treat each one like family. We care for pets exclusively in their own homes, where they feel safest and most at ease. By keeping your pet in their familiar environment and following your established routines, we help reduce anxiety and maintain consistency while you're away. Every pet in our care receives dependable, loving attention and a customized routine based on your instructions. We provide at least two walks per day, consistent feeding and medication routines, and overnight presence so your pet is never alone at night. You’ll receive frequent photo and message updates to stay connected and reassured while you’re away. We also treat your home with the utmost respect, always leaving it cleaner than we found it. Sean is certified in first aid and CPR from his years as a lifeguard, and he brings extensive hands-on experience from managing a family-owned pet store where he cared for sick, injured, and rescue animals for over a decade. Together, we bring more than 40 years of combined pet care experience, and we treat every pet like they’re our own. Whether it’s a high-energy pup, a shy rescue, or a senior on a strict routine, we’re confident in our ability to keep your pets safe, happy, and well cared for.

This was our first time leaving our dog with a dog sitter that we didn't already know, and we couldn't have been more happy with Sean and Michaela. They were prompt with communication before we booked and all the way through our trip. They scheduled a meet and greet with us to meet our dog and make sure it was a good fit. They spent all the time we needed during that time to answer our questions and get to know our dog and his routine. Our dog is not safe with other dogs and so he's difficult to walk, and they understood and were really careful. While we were on our trip they sent us regular updates with photos and responded immediately whenever we reached out. We were far away in Ethiopia and so it was incredibly important that we feel secure, and we completely did. They left the house in great shape and even came over an extra time at the end to give him a walk and dinner because our plane came home late. We will definitely book with them again!

I'm so happy that I found Sean & Michaela. They came over ahead of time to tour our house and learn about Lennie & Ella. Their kind and friendly personalities put me at ease and allowed me to go on my trip without worry. They sent me pictures of our kitties and kept me updated. I didn't think at all about how they were doing. Our house was clean and in order when I returned home. Our experience with Sean & Michaela couldn't have been better. I highly recommend them!!
Michaela and Sean stepped in for a last minute sit right before I was about to go on a trip and were absolutely amazing! They kept me updated with plenty of photos and messages, and I came home to a spotless house and a super happy cat. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter. Sean and Michaela were incredible with my giant baby boy, Woody. He is not dog friendly in the slightest so bringing him along when visiting my family is a no-go. It’s always been really hectic and stressful trying to find a sitter for him while attempting to plan time away, so I was so relieved! And the fact that they were great and Woody clearly adored them is such an added bonus! I will definitely be going to them for future Woody needs. Thanks guys!
Wow! What a stroke of luck finding Sean and Michaela. We were scrambling with a last minute trip and they were so friendly and willing to accommodate us last minute. Their communication stood out to us, polite, professional, easy to get a hold of and responding quickly, even sending us pictures while we were away. Everything was left even nicer than we had left for our trip and we will 100% be hiring them again.

Schedule
Pet care fits into our daily routine in a way that ensures your pets get plenty of love and attention, especially when it matters most: before and after work, overnight, and on weekends. Michaela works from about 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sean works 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are home every evening, overnight, and early mornings, and we’re fully available on weekends. We make sure your pet is exercised and cared for before we leave for work and as soon as we get home. Your pets will always receive at least 2 walks per day, and more if needed. We’re flexible around your pet’s schedule and are happy to coordinate with a midday walker if necessary. Even with a full-time work schedule, our two-person team allows us to provide better-than-average coverage. We communicate clearly, stay on top of routines, and make sure your pets are comfortable, safe, and loved around the clock.
