Availability
I currently work full time as a waiter and have a varied schedule. I keep my Rover calendar updated to the best of my ability to match my availability. My shifts are usually pretty short which allows me flexibility to drop in when needed.

I am unable to host pets in my home, but when taking care of others pets I make sure to take my time on the first visit if I haven’t had the chance to meet the pet before. As I’m coming into their home and their space, I give as much time as needed for the pet to feel comfortable around me before going on a walk, feeding, or playing. This reduces stress for both of us and leads to better results. Depending on the needs of the client and the animal I’m flexible on what is asked of me—if your dog loves to be brushed, tell me where the brush is. Does she love a certain dog park more? We’ll go there. I’m happy to customize to meet the needs of everyone involved!
Information Sean G. would like to know about your pet
I have experience dealing with more “challenging” dogs thanks to my experience with my dad training German Shepards when I was growing up. Please let me know if there is anything I need to know about your pet, or if you’d like to meet up prior to booking for more challenging cases.
A typical day
I love to let the dog lead our adventure (within reason, of course), especially as we’re getting to know each other. I love when dogs show me their favorite spots, be it a tree or a fire hydrant! We will make sure to have some stimulating play as well, whether that’s playing fetch or tug of war with her favorite rope. And no walk is complete without all the pets!

Pet care experience
Hello everyone! I am working on Rover to get to spend some quality time with lots of different pups while making some extra money. I’ve spent the past six years working abroad, including stints in Antarctica, New Zealand, and Australia. I grew up with both cats and dogs (mostly German Shepards) and have experience dealing with challenging and intimidating dogs. My dad was a military and police K9 trainer, and I learned from a young age how to train and take care of dogs. Rover gives me the chance to spend some time with dogs while I can’t have them myself (I travel way too much to make it fair to the dog). I am caring, dental-oriented, and loving of all animals. I sincerely hope you will consider me for your pet care needs.
Reviews
Sean was fantastic with our two skittish dogs. He took the time to earn their trust and make them feel comfortable, which meant a lot to us. He also kept us updated multiple times a day, giving us real peace of mind while we were away.

I had injured my ankle and needed someone to walk my dog last minute. Sean responded quickly and came through. From the start I could tell he was great with dogs and he was very diligent with letting me know how my dog did during walks. He even helped me with some tasks with taking care of my dog today I had trouble with due to my injury. I highly recommend Sean

Sean is wonderful! I first booked with him for a last minute work trip. He was so responsive and asked really thoughtful questions about administering my cat’s nose drops. He leaves really great visit notes and takes the cutest pictures. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Sean! He's reliable, patient, and great with animals. You can tell he genuinely cares about the pets he looks after and he makes sure he does everything possible to ensure they feel comfortable and happy. Any pet would be in great hands with him :-)
