I've been around dogs my entire life and currently have four of my own back home, including a German Shepherd, two French Mastiffs, an English Bulldog. I also have a Lab puppy with me in Ames. I have years of dog walking and pet sitting experience and am especially comfortable with large breeds and puppies. Having raised multiple puppies at once, I'm experienced with puppy routines, potty breaks, basic training reinforcement, and lots of playtime. As a student-athlete on the Iowa State swim team, I'm responsible, active, and dependable, and I'll be spending the summer in Ames training and available to provide attentive, loving care for your pets.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. I follow each owner's instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, medications, and any special needs. During walks, I use secure leashes and remain attentive to my surroundings to keep dogs safe and comfortable. Having cared for large breeds, puppies, and multiple dogs at once, I am confident handling a variety of personalities and energy levels. I treat every pet and home with the same respect and care that I would expect for my own.

Schedule
I spend my summers training with the Iowa State swim team, with most practices taking place early in the morning. This allows me to be available for dog walks and drop-in visits during late mornings after 10 AM, afternoons (besides 3:30-5:00 PM Monday and Wednesday), evenings, and much of the weekend. My training schedule is consistent week to week, so I can provide dependable care and communicate my availability well in advance. As an athlete, I enjoy being active and making sure dogs get the exercise, attention, and care they need. Whether your dog prefers a long walk, a quick potty break, or extra playtime, I'm happy to accommodate their needs.
