In your home I would treat it as my own in terms of locking doors behind me, keeping things closed and put up as I found them, following any and all rules and boundaries given, making sure the animals are as comfortable and safe as they would be if their parents were the ones taking care of them.

Please let me know if your dog or cat has any special needs they need accounted for while they are in my care. I have interned at shelters and been taught how to give pets medication orally. I have worked with pets that have PTSD, anxiety, missing limbs, etc. I would love to provide the proper care they need- while building a relationship and having a great time with your pet!
A typical day
Depending on how active they are, we will go on walks on the trails around the neighborhood, visit parks to smell all the new smells other people and pets have left, play fetch, go to the dog park to get other dog interactions. otherwise we will play with their toys, maybe play in the backyard, cuddle and watch a movie- really whatever they’re into!

Hey there! My name is Scout, and I’m a 22 yr old college student with a lifelong love for animals. I’ve been caring for pets my entire life and have over 12 years of hands on experience, both personally and professionally. I’ve cared for family and friends’ pets for years, volunteered at animal shelters, and was accepted into the Pima JTED Veterinary Program during my senior year of high school, where I graduated with multiple veterinary-related certifications. I have experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities, and I’m comfortable providing care tailored to each pet’s unique needs. At home, I have two cats and a dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets. You can always expect plenty of photo updates, communication, and attentive care while your pet is with me. I treat every animal like they’re my own!

OUTSTANDING, my cats like them a lot.
This was the second stay that we had Scout and Skye watch our kitties. They stayed at our home for about a week to kitty sit and we were so happy to have them be there. They always take such great care of our kitties and home! We will absolutely always continue to hire them for all our pet sitting needs whenever possible! They are fantastic and we'd recommend them to anyone! :)
We cannot recommend Scout and Skye enough! We are new to our area and were looking for a new pet sitter for our cat as well as our friend's cat (as we'd be away at the same time). We reached out to Scout and Skye who immediately responded back saying they were available (great communication). We had a meet & greet first which was so nice just to get to know both of them better and for them to meet our fur babies. They truly love animals (all types) and are extremely professional. They stayed at our home with the two cats and were absolute troopers especially as the two cats were still getting used to being around each other. We loved getting updates and photos/videos from them as well while we were away. We can't wait to have Scout & Skye back to watch our cats and are so happy to have found them! :)
