Pet care experience
We have owned family pets and just recently lost our beloved Pomeranian who was 14 years old and had many health issues. We are not ready to get a new dog but still miss having dogs around. We have also been taking care of neighborhood, family and friends' dogs for years. Experience with potty training, diabetic dogs, taking blood glucose for dogs, giving medicine even to the pickiest of dogs, and dispensing insulin. Giving eye drops, ear drops and taking care of Senior dogs. I prefer dogs that are allowed on furniture and in beds so they can feel like part of the family while you are away. Also, if you have a small blanket, we recommend that you bring it to have something that smells like home while you are away. Let us know of any allergies.
Reviews
I almost don’t want to tell the truth for fear that everyone books Scott and Tina! :-) They take great care of our pups and we appreciate them. This last trip, they even found a canned food our girl would eat. We have been trying and trying but Tina found one. Yahoo! Taking great care of an animal is, in and of itself, really amazing. ALSO helping us take better care of her at home is just plain stellar! Thanks so much!
We could not have asked for better sitters than Scott and Tina. They truly love what they do and it shows in how attentive they are to a dog’s needs, emotionally and physically. Our dog is a huge part of our lives so we had concerns leaving her with strangers for 2 weeks, but I would not hesitate to be a repeat client with Scott and Tina.
Scott and Tina are simply the best! Our pack of girls literally run to their front door when it's time for a sleepover. Scott and Tina send frequent photos of the girls, playing, exercising, and sleeping. Thank you both so much for keeping our fur babies so we are able to enjoy family time outside of Vancouver.
Scott and Tina provided safe and loving care for our beloved dog. The updates and photos were very appreciated. Thank you!

The home environment has no kids or pets. I ask that you let us know how your dog does around other dogs for when we go on walks. As well as how they do around kids for walks around the neighborhood. We sometimes like to go on hikes during the weekend and would like to know how they do on these or if you would prefer not. We always use a leash and will never have your dog off leash for any reason, we have some treats and toys and dog food and water dishes. We have pet stairs for smaller dogs to get into the bed, and extra leashes and dog beds just in case. We also need to know your stance on pup cups before you leave your dog with us. Thanks.

Information Scott & Tina M. would like to know about your pet
Have experience with all types of dogs, large and small from American bulldogs to Pomeranians and Saint Bernards. Have dealt with blind dogs, diabetics, special diets, and hearing-impaired dogs. We need to know how your dog acts around other dogs and children in case we encounter any on a walk in the neighborhood. We also prefer dogs that do not have to go in a crate at night as we let them sleep in the bed with us and we allow them on the furniture and couches. We have extra leashes, dog beds, stairs for dogs to help them get into the bed and extra water/food bowls.
A typical day
We will go for walks throughout the day, and get pup-cups if they are allowed. Practice tricks for treats. We are close to Lake Camas and like to go around the trails with dogs on leash if they are allowed.
