New To This; Want More Time w/ Dogs
I grew up with four dogs in Lakewood, CO. I do humanitarian work outside the country, but am always trying to get my dog fix when I am home in Cap Hill in Denver. I have dog sat my parents' 75 pound pit bull, my sister's three-legged rescue pups, and neighbors' dogs. When I am in Denver I usually have a very flexible schedule that allows me to be home, or in and out, quite a lot so that I can be available for airings and walks as much as needed. I am active and appreciate being able to be outside with dogs - either in the neighborhood, or willing to go on more adventurous walks outside of Denver. I am (usually) happy to take your dog on a run if that's the best way to burn up their energy. Comfortable with a wide variety of dogs, from puppies to seniors, and small to large, including pups with some behavioral quirks.

Scott was wonderful! I could tell Murphy felt right at home with him because when we picked him up he just kept wanting pets from Scott. We did a short meet and greet before the stay and sent updates throughout the week. He made sure Murphy felt right at home :)
Scott gave my boy such a fun week! They went for walks and hikes and he made new friends. I got regular updates and pictures from both Scott and Zeke with Zeke giving his feedback on Scott's performance ;) and I got home to a very content, tired dog that had clearly had a very exciting time with his Uncle Scott as we will now call him. Scott was incredibly considerate of my specific concerns with Zeke and made sure to note what training and skills they worked on. I will absolutely ask Scott to watch him again. Thank you so much for taking care of my boy!
I was absolutely thrilled to find Scott as a dogsitter! He was great with my 11 yr old dog. He was easy to communicate with, extremely friendly and kind to both myself and my dog, kept in touch throughout the visit, and he was available last minute without hesitation. Scott’s awesome!
Scott is the best! He watched our 100lb Golden Retriever for a few days. He took him to daily walks at the park & let him roll in the grass. His building is great for pups too with the backyard, opportunity to play with other pups, and easy access to Cheesman park! I would definitely ask Scott to watch Nash again :)
I can't recommend my brother highly enough as a pet sitter. We grew up in a home full of animals - dogs, birds, ducks, guinea pigs, gerbils, and a rabbit - so caring for pets is second nature to him. He travels frequently for work, so having his own dog isn't practical, but he truly shines as the best "dog uncle." He is attentive, reliable, and thoughtful, and great with routines and boundaries. He's one of the most responsible and accountable people I know, and he communicates clearly and consistently. Any pet in his care will certainly feel loved, cared for, and safe - and you will know it along the way with all the updates he'll send you!

Schedule
When I am home in Denver, I usually have a very flexible schedule that I would be able to adapt to whatever the dog(s) need. I am usually up early.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have my own pets. I own my condo in Cap Hill. My building is dog friendly and has a courtyard, but when watching friends' or neighbors' dogs, I usually prefer walking them in the neighborhood or nearby parks. I appreciate the importance of dogs' routines, so try to maintain them as much as possible.
