A typical day
When it comes to cats, I love making sure they stay active and happy! We play with their many toys (our apartment looks like a full-on playroom), and I make mealtime fun and exciting every day. For dogs, I love going on long walks — especially around the Upper West Side — and I'm a big runner too, so active pups are welcome! When visiting my mom and her Shih Tzu, we let him lead the way and take the walk at his own pace, which I'm happy to do for your dog as well.

I've been a pet parent for years and love every minute of it. My girlfriend and I adopted our two cats, Theo and Violet, as kittens (a year apart!), and they've been our little sidekicks and best friends ever since. Theo is a picky eater and Violet is a ravenous one, so I know how important it is to be patient and pay attention to each pet's individual needs. I make sure they get daily playtime, lots of love, and all the attention they deserve — and I bring that same energy and care to every pet I look after (and even ones I spot on the street!).

As always, we are so happy with Scott’s care for our cat. He communicates well; he pays attention to the environment; he is prompt and consistent; and our Merton receives plenty of loving attention. My partner and I always feel a little anxious when we leave town, but we feel at more at ease knowing Scott will be checking on our cat. I hope we will be able to continue calling on Scott’s services as long as we are in the neighborhood. I would recommend Scott highly to any pet owner.
