We have a nice fully fenced-in yard and pool. I can provide some fun with a hose spray if that’s what your pup prefers. I seperate dogs who might have food aggression or are what I call “grazers”, those who take their time eating.

Pet care experience

Hi! I am retired and home full time. Plus I am one of the pet sitters who has undergone advanced screening that culminated in a home inspection and background check. Dogs and art are my passion and has been a career for over 12 years now. Many of my clients appreciate that I generally take just one or two family's dogs at a time. Your pup’s safety is my number one concern. My fees for each overnight stay of up to 24 hours is $38. Puppies who aren’t house broken are a little extra. If you need over a 24 hour period, but under 48 hours, the extra time is prorated. Why I love dog sitting. Every dog I’ve ever met, has provided unconditional love and loyalty. Who wouldn’t love that? Both my son and daughter are also Rover sitters and are mostly available if I’m overbooked. About my home. We do have several large indoor gates that can be used in case we have a mix of breed sizes who might need a “time-out “. We can separate them yet keep them all safe and comfortable. We have a doggie door too and a sliding glass door to access the back yard. As mentioned, safety is our number one goal. All doors and the doggie door are locked at night. I have some experience administering medication if needed. I work in my home art studio when not too busy attending to our furry friends. They are always welcome and mostly spend time with me there which is located inside our home. We have an extra bed, a cushy sofa, and a large crate available if needed. Extra bowls too, but often they like to use their own.

We are so happy to have had Scott watch waffles while we were out of town! Scott and Puddin took great care of waffles and sent plenty of update pics and videos. Scott has great communication and I felt very comfortable leaving my most important thing with him. I will definitely book Scott again when we need to. Thank you so much!

Scott and Puddin are the best dog sitters Birdie has EVER had! Birdie had so much fun and felt right at home! It was as if she didn’t want to go home with me :) Scott has a nice hope perfectly set up for visitors and he treated Birdie as if she was his own. 100 % would recommend him him!
