I've taken care of dogs of different ages and a variety of breeds since I was a kid. This includes Collies, Labs, Patterdale Terriers, Sproodles, Dachshunds and Pomeranians. I'm a very active person anyway so very happy to take your dog on longer walks and give them plenty of play time, or just give them a bit of company and attention depending on their personality.

Scott has always had a pet of some sort ,he has been incredible with my dogs .My dogs recently had puppies and Scott was fantastic with all of them .He helped walk the adult dogs and clean and ween the puppies . Scott also looks after my dogs from time to time as I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of them
Scott is great with our rescue dog Troye and we would highly recommend him to those looking for someone to look after their pets. Scott is also very calm, reliable and trustworthy!
I’d highly recommend Scott to look after any dog. He’s looked after my dog Pablo loads of times and Pablo absolutely adores him! Pablo has some medical issues, is reactive and has separation anxiety so he’s not an easy dog, but I always feel super relaxed when he’s with Scott because I know he’ll do anything needed for him. Scott has much more energy than me to run around playing with him too and Pablo loves nothing more than curling up with his head in Scotts lap when he’s tired. Scott has grown up with family dogs and it’s really clear to see just how much he loves them - any dog will have a great time being looked after by Scott and he’ll follow any instructions you leave to tee. He’s brilliant and if I lived closer he’d have Pablo every day for me!

I live in a dog-friendly flat, although it is probably better suited to small to medium sized dogs. I'm also right next to a footpath which is handy for walks and there are a couple of parks nearby, including Inverleith park which is very dog friendly and has lots of space for dogs to run around. Of course, I am also happy to travel within Edinburgh if your dog has any favourite parks or areas that they prefer. I also have an ITC Emergency First Aid Training for Dogs certificate from Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home.

I currently have a very flexible schedule and have plenty of time to look after your dogs or cats. I am usually available throughout the week apart from Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.
