Hi! My name is Scarlet and I’ve owned and cared for dogs, cats, sheep, horses, chickens etc. and would be willing to learn to care for whatever animal you might have! I have a real passion and love for animals and have had experience volunteering and working at animal shelters where I’d clean, walk, and play with the dogs and cats. I’ve handled dogs and cats of all different sizes and personalities and would love to get to know and take care of your fur babies! I’m willing to adhere to any special requirements or schedules you might have for your pet in order to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I’m currently a pre vet student and have gained basic medical knowledge working in clinics and would be willing to give medications as needed! Please contact me if you need someone to walk, check up on, or pet sit for your furry friend!

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure to follow strict rules when it comes to letting dogs out to potty, walks etc. Whether it’s a certain gate that needs to stay closed or your animal doesn’t do well with other dogs, I’ll follow any specific instructions you might have to insure your animals safety. I also know cats can be a little shy and I never take it personally! It’s my motto to let them warm up to me at their own pace, which has worked in my favor, winning over some very shy cats so far!

Scarlet was a lifesaver after another sitter cancelled at the last minute. Messaged her on Tuesday, meet and greet on Wednesday, and then she was here Thursday taking care of my crew! She was so communicative (and sent magazine-worthy photos) that let me know everyone was well cared for. I came home to a clean house and healthy pets.
Scarlet is a cat whisperer! Our cats are normally very shy and hide in closets for extended periods when visitors come by. Scarlet had them out and literally eating from her hand in just a day or two. They looked quite content with her as a sitter. Definitely recommend!
Scarlet was amazing! She sent us messages and pictures of our sweet girls every day. Our two Boston Terriers were well cared for and pampered beyond our expectations. We have found our dog sitter. I highly recommend her, and will be using her again.
Scarlet was wonderful! We have a very anxious dog, and it was our first weekend trip without her, so we were nervous. We didn’t need to be, though, because Scarlet had it all under control. She made friends with both dogs easily, sent us updates and pictures regularly, and took good care of the house. Highly recommended!
Scarlet was awesome to communicate with, super reliable, and clearly gave my kitty some much-needed love while I was away. Super professional!

Schedule
I am very flexible when it comes to caring for your pets! I can usually make myself available most times of day and night and will do whatever I can to make my schedule work for you!

- Dogs and cats are very habitual animals, my dog likes to be to bed by 8 and up by 7, and he’ll let me know! If your dog has similar patterns that they’re used to let me know and I can adjust to their usual schedule so they’ll feel as comfortable as possible!
