Hello! I’m a semi-retired financial analyst who has a deep love for animals, especially dogs. Having cared for my rescue dog Sadie, a husky-German shepherd mix, for over 11 years, I understand the importance of providing a safe, loving, and enriching environment for dogs. Sadie and I worked together on basic training and overcoming challenges like leash pulling, and I was honored to support her through her later years, including regular vet visits as she fought cancer. I know how to be patient and attentive to a dog’s individual needs, and I’m here to offer that same level of care to your furry family member. I live in a clean and spacious home with a fully fenced backyard, ensuring your dog will have plenty of room to play and explore safely. I often dog-sit for my adult-children, so I’m familiar with the needs of different dogs and have plenty of extra towels, bowls, and toys to make your dog feel right at home. As a longtime hiker, I’m excited to offer outdoor adventures for dogs who enjoy walking and exploring. My home is conveniently located across from a park and near several walking trails, providing the perfect setting for daily walks, playtime, and hiking outings. Schedule
I am currently an empty nester, working remotely three days of the week. On days I work from home, my morning starts with a walk through the trails, before I settle into my work day. After my day wraps up I like to stretch my legs and take a walk in the afternoon. I love spending my weekends hiking all over Ontario - and I’d love bring along a furry companion to join me!

I love the outdoors whether it’s being in the backyard or going for long walks so we will be on a different trail most evenings.
