Savannah was great with Scottie and sent lots of pics! Would rebook with her again.

Savannah and I had a meet-and-greet scheduled for the Sunday before my trip. When I messaged her to confirm the time, she told me she had forgotten about it and had been invited to an outing, then asked if we could reschedule for earlier in the week. I explained that my schedule was very tight and that my flight was leaving that Thursday. After that, she stopped responding entirely. I ended up contacting Rover customer service, who advised me to wait until the day before my flight because cancelling earlier could have affected my refund. Thankfully, I was able to find another sitter at the last minute who was amazing. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and reliability made this a stressful experience.
