Pet care experience

Love all my furry friends!

Animals hold such a special place in my heart! I have over 15 years of animal care experience with both dogs and cats, as well as other animals. I am very familiar with potty/feeding schedules, administering medication, and most importantly, walking and lots of play time! I have done dog sitting/house sitting in the past, as I have personal experience with my own animals as well. I can assure you they will receive the best care and as many cuddles as they want! Please let me know how i can offer the best care to your fur babies.

I’m so grateful to Savannah for taking care of my cat, Cashew for 23 days while I’ve been traveling. The previous sitter I booked cancelled 2 days prior to drop off and Savannah was able to accommodate Cashew super last minute. The communication was great from the start and Savannah/her mom invited me into their home to see the space. I could immediately tell that cashew was in great hands. She usually hides in new spaces but she seemed to be very comfortable and curious right off the bat. Savannah sent multiple updates and pictures throughout the stay. It made me feel relaxed to know that my cat was in such great hands while I’ve been out of the country. She even communicated how much my cat was eating during her stay. Savannah was proactive in following up with me to organize my dad picking up Cashew. Overall, I’m glad the original sitter cancelled because Cashew was so well taken care of. Would definitely book again in the future. Thank you again!! 🙏

Savannah always takes good care of my cats and they are comfortable with her in her home. She's great with communication (including what she needs to take care of them properly) and even sends updates occasionally. My cats have uncommon pellet litter and use microchip feeders too so the cleaning and feeding can be a little confusing but she was able to accommodate and learn that different method. My boys come back calm and return to normal quickly. I can tell they're treated with love and care.

We had Savannah watch our 3 Pomeranians for 3 days. We booked based off of reviews, which I am very confused why there are so many 5 star reviews. Firstly starting with the meet and greet she and her mother wouldn’t let us in the house. The meet and greet was conducted outside, in the driveway which we found peculiar but we gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe the house was a mess and they didn’t want guests inside right now. Fine. Then when we dropped them off for the stay and they still wouldn’t let us in. To be clear, I don’t need to see the inside of people’s homes but the lack of transparency when taking someone’s babies into their home is very odd. Then she texts us about a 20 minutes later to tell us they’re barking a lot. I told her they are Pomeranians and will bark when in a new environment. All of their past babysitters have confirmed this happens for a few minutes then they calm down. We get two photos that night. And then the next morning she just sent a text update about how they love their food, no photos. (At the meet and greet she told us “I have been told I take too many photos”) Then proceeds to claim they “move too much to photograph.” Hmmmm. I guess their other babysitters must have been photographing other dogs because we have some great shots of dogs that look like ours relaxing on couches, looking out windows, watching TV, etc. How weird for you Savannah... Then--- silence all day. So I send a text asking for an update that night and she responds a bit later saying they’re good and love their meals. No photos. Okay… Well I’m now 2,500 miles away and clearly can sense that something isn’t right. Ah, what a wonderful feeling. Then the second day we finally get a photo of just Presley and Graceland outside. Where is Priscilla? And after that, crickets…. Again. No updates of personality, funny antidotes. Nothing. It’s always about mealtime and they are “full of energy”. Then when we pick them up on the last day, Savannah and her mother are waiting at the door to hand off the three dogs like they were getting rid of nuisance. We get home and see that our blonde pom, Graceland, is covered in pee and so are their blankets. And Presley had a scratched up nose (she only does this to herself when she is left alone and is stressed out). So I text her and ask her “hey, did you leave them alone for long periods of time because this has NEVER happened before with other babysitters”. Savannah claims that they were out in the house during the day, and put in a spare room at night. Well Savannah this is news to me! We told you Presley has SEPARATION ANXIETY. So when Presley is not with a human she doesn’t sleep. She panics and cries. So then the other two girls will also not sleep. We told her if you need to leave the house to run an errand you may put them in a spare room together so they aren’t running around the house crying. Not, “hey, put them in a room for 8+ hours while you sleep elsewhere”. Of course they are up all night and need to pee! Do you hold your pee over 8 hours while awake Savannah? Her profile also says “allowed on beds and furniture.” I would not have booked her if she wouldn’t have had that box checked off. I now understand her texts and lack of photos. The girls were seemed to have been locked up most of the DAY as well as NIGHT. Then brought out for mealtime, hence making them hyper and “full of energy” because they have been locked up most of the time. I could have left them to run amuck around my house for three days and just have someone drop into feed them. But I wanted them to have human companionship while we were gone to avoid stressing the dogs out. But it looks like THIS was way more stressful on them; I am absolutely disgusted. So if you are considering leaving your baby with them. Don’t. P.S. Oh and they had the nerve to not even wash the soiled blankets or rinse their food cups. Their fresh food is all pre-measured in individual cups, all you have to do is rinse after each meal and put it back in their bag, Instead they put cups with meat chunks and juice in them inside the bag, leaving them all rancid and un-useable again. We had to throw away dozens of new Tupperware cups. Thanks Savannah.

It's always hard to be away from Xena our dog but I have no worries with Savannah. She did an excellent job! She really love her job. Xena was really in good hands. Savannah walked Xena everyday, played in their huge front yard, she sent me updates and pictures. Xena really enjoyed her stay with her while we were away. I would not hesitate to recommend Savannah as a dog sitter. She really is the best Dog sitter EVER!!!!
