Hi there! My name is Savannah, and I recently moved to the area! I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats.

Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.

Savannah was absolutely awesome with our dog! Her communication leading up to the stay, along with check-ins was wonderful. I never worried as I knew Shandy was well taken care of. On top of doing a great job with Shandy she went over and beyond to clean, wash bedding/towels and pick-up, which was not expected but very much appreciated. Thank you so much Savannah for taking such great care of Shandy and our home while we were away. It truly means the world as we didn't have to worry at all. Look forward to next time! Thanks again :)

Savannah is the first person I ask anytime I need someone to take care of my dogs. She is incredibly reliable and respectful. I have two dogs that can be pretty high maintenance (separation anxiety, reactivity) and tend to not like strangers, but they both love her! She is very skilled at making them feel safe and comfortable when I’m away. She is also very communicative and respectful of my home. She always leaves the house better than when I left. I have tried many different options for the dogs while I’m away, but none have ever come close to the positive experiences I’ve had with Savannah!

Schedule
You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place.
