Hi, I’m Savannah! I work in animal care at Kern County Animal Services and previously worked at Santa Barbara Humane. I’m also going to school for dog training. My experience includes caring for dogs and cats with different personalities and needs, observing their behavior, and helping them feel comfortable in new environments. I’ve also assisted with rescue coordination and animal transport. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. I’ll take the time to learn their routine, respect their boundaries, and give them patient, attentive care. Whether your pet loves playtime or needs a little space to warm up, I’ll treat them like one of my own and keep you updated while you’re away.

Savannah definitely speaks dog. My dog usually has some separation anxiety and can be fussy with new people but she settled in right at home with her. She was SUPER attentive and even brought to my attention some good tips. When we got home, my dog was excited to see us but her energy was so calm and I could tell she was well taken care of.

Schedule
I currently work for your local municipal animal shelter. I care for anywhere from 20-90 dogs on any given day. I am working on building clients to eventually be self employed. While I finish school for dog training.

- Before I meet your dog or dogs I would like to know..... How your dog reacts to new people. How he or she does with a stranger in the home . If your Companion needs medication, and the best way to distribute his or hers meds with out stressing them out. If potty trained. If he or she is agressive with other dogs. Engery level . Any disabilities: deaf, blind, Injured leg... Ect. Emergency contact and current vet info. Also anything else to make my vists as plesent and less stressful on your fur baby. I do all sizes and ages. Experiance with all.
