I’ve taken care of various pets in the past several years, and most recently I have taken care of dogs for my parents when they are on vacation and for other relatives. I have two dogs of my own and have experience dog-walking, basic care, and medication administration. I also have 4 cats and love them dearly! You need a litter box scooped? I can handle it! :) I enjoy sitting in your home so that your pet is the most comfortable they can be, just send me a message and we can work out details. I am moderately flexible and would love to do ongoing pet sitting as well. Your fur babies will be safe and well taken care of, given extra love, and can even go on runs with me to the nearest parks. I always let your furry friend sniff and investigate me before saying hello, and since I do have several pets of my own I find that this eases most apprehensions that cats and dogs may have when meeting someone new in their home environment. If your pet sleeps in your bed and will do that with me while I'm there, that's a bonus for me! I feel much more at home when a cat and/or dog sleeps in the room (totally not a requirement, just something I enjoy). I am doing Rover evenings and weekends, but have plenty of time for your furry friends if you schedule well in advance! I can drop in for a short check in on your baby, take them for a nice 30-60 minute walk, or just hang out with them for a bit and play. Whatever your needs and whatever you prefer, we can make it happen! Please note that I do have family plans some weekends and do not typically work major holidays. I always make sure that your home is as you left it (if not better) and I ask questions about anything that I am unsure of. It is important that your furry family is as comfortable as possible while you are away, so anything I can do to keep routine and environment as normal as possible for them.
