Savannah was amazing with the pups! We definitely look forward to having her take care of our pups(and house) again!

Savannah was great! She sent me a bunch of pictures of my pup and took care of him while I was away for a few days. Even when I had a last-minute trip to the vet, she accommodated exceptionally well and was very responsive and paid close attention to the medications he needed. Highly recommend her to take care of your furry friends!

I find Miss Savannah very responsible, pet-loving young lady and anybody in need of dog care will be lucky to schedule her services. She won me over after observing how she interacted with my spoiled “baby” and how my baby responded to her.

Savannah provided such amazing service for two doggos. Really came in clutch last second when I had to go out of town! Even after checking my cameras she was nothing but respectful and followed my directions to a T. Definitely will use her again in the future!

This sitter is horrible and a unfortunately a liar. She claimed to be home full time, and I checked with her that she would be, and yet after watching my camera footage, she was gone for 8-10 hours and sometimes 14 HOURS every day, and never told me. I gave her the number of a neighbor and told her if she was going to be gone long (she knows Pierre is only used to being alone for maybe 4-5 hours at most a day) I told her to message them and they would go over, but she never did. She gave my dog the wrong medication for his seizures, somehow allowed him to pee in rooms he shouldn’t have had access to, and barely even acknowledged him in the small amounts of time she was actually here. And now, after posting my original review, this sitter messaged me calling me a liar, saying she left lights on, and I sent her video evidence of her coming back at 9:15PM to the pitch black house, after being gone since 7AM, and her turning on all the lights. During the day, she would leave at 7AM, only stop in for 7 minutes at 10AM and 6PM (8 hours apart) to feed him breakfast and dinner, then she’d then take off immediately after, leaving him with a bunch of energy and nothing to do, so he’d end up throwing up on our rug. She never walked or even played with him her entire stay (6 days.) We’d used Savanah once before and we though she was decent (we also never watched the footage from that stay so who knows), but this time she absolutely was not even a decent sitter. She didn’t listen as I was explaining everything to her, and it showed in her stay. We have cameras but didn’t intend to watch the footage, until we found multiple pee spots in places it absolutely shouldn’t have been (we will now have to replace a large room rug and carpeting in our master bedroom). I had bought a TON of bones and said she could give him 2-3 a day, and when we got back there were none (MAYBE one or two) gone, which makes me beyond sad because those are a huge comfort for him and he usually gets 1-2 a day, and she gave him none. And when her boyfriend was here, which was any time she was here, he would completely ignore the dog, even when my dog would sit near him trying to get some pets and love, he wouldn’t even look at him, and as he left he said “bye Pierre, can’t say I’ll miss you.” It definitely seemed like they thought they were just hanging at our house, rather than watching or giving our dog any attention. I felt like her short quick responses as I was going over everything with her was confidence that she could handle this, but now it seems much more like complete indifference for the job or my dog. Never would’ve known or seen any of this if it weren’t for our cameras. I thought our dog seemed depressed when we got home and I guess he had a pretty bad, lonely week. Savannah thinks all of her behavior was okay and tried to call me a liar, when I have video evidence of everything. She thinks that it was okay to leave him for 8-10 and sometimes 14 hours a day without telling me, leaving pee all over the house, leaving him in the dark, and giving him the wrong medication. She shows no remorse for her horribly careless service, and I just really hope she doesn’t do this to other dogs and families.
