Availability
I live on campus at school so it’s a quick and easy drive to anywhere in DeLand, and I can drop in any day. I am a student athlete so I do travel some but I mark those weekends off.

I love animals, I had 5 pets growing up at home so I am used to taking care of them. To care for the pets, I had a wide variety of animals so their needs varied but I always kept their routines written down. I’ve pet sat for cats and dogs, even a lizard once, for neighbors and friends throughout the years, I’m willing to do anything needed to care for them. I love playing with them or going on walks, really whatever is needed! I also just started volunteering at SPCA clinics so I’ve got experience with animal shelters too.

Any information about their daily routine, personality, socialization, and energy levels is appreciated. If they’re on any meds I’m comfortable following that as well as I’ve taken care of senior dogs with meds before.
A typical day
I know that based on the age of the animal this can change, so with high energy dogs I’ll take them on frequent walks while I’m there or play with them outside or inside. With senior animals I usually do whatever the owner says is a typical day for them based on their age. I also have no problem taking them on walks through downtown DeLand as long as they’re socialized.

Hi! I’m a senior at Stetson University, I haven’t been on rover for long but I’ve been pet sitting since I was in highschool, and have taken rover requests from my friends accounts before so I’ve got plenty of experience. I also recently started volunteering with SPCA vet clinics so Im around animals in that way as well. I have two dogs at home, and have had kids of other pets, I love animals :)

We use Savannah whenever we go out of town for the weekend and our pups love her! She is great with them and stays and cares for our house. We trust and would recommend her!
Savannah was wonderful to have stay in our home while we were on vacation for 4 days. She took great care of our 3 pups, and they can be quite the handful and very needy! We also had cats that she was comfortable with. She stayed in contact with us and always responded in a timely manner. She even was kind enough to take the trash out for us as we wouldn’t be home for pick up. We would recommend Savannah to care for your animals and trust her in your home. She was very kind and personable which made us feel at ease to leave our pups for a few days. We would love to use her again!
I highly recommend Savannah for pet sitting! Savannah has cared for Dixie, our Chesapeake-Lab mix, in our home many times over the past couple years. She is always on time, attentive, and very responsible. She is excellent at communicating, even reaching out when she had a concern about a potential problem in our house while we were gone. We are always able to relax while traveling knowing that Dixie is well cared for!
