Leave Without the Worry
As a dog mom and fellow Rover customer, I understand how stressful it can feel to leave your pet with someone else. Especially when they have a specific routine, a lot of energy, or need extra patience to feel comfortable. I will follow care instructions closely, because the comfort and safety of your pet is my ultimate priority. I have years of experience caring for dogs and other animals, including horses, and I have a high-energy dog of my own who I actively train and work with every day. I’m especially gentle with shy or nervous animals and let pets warm up at their own pace. very pet has their own personality, boundaries, and way of communicating, and I do my best to make sure they feel understood, respected, and comfortable while you’re away.

I treat every visit like I’m stepping into your pet’s normal routine, not interrupting it. That means I adjust my approach based on your pet’s personality and needs. You can definitely expect regular updates, photos, and detailed check-ins while you’re away. Before visits, feel free to give me all the furry details — I want to know it all! I’ve been the pet parent with a long list of concerns and preferences too, so you never have to worry about being “too much” when it comes to your pet.

Savannah is great! She took excellent care of my dogs, cats, chicken, and horses for me while I was away for the weekend. She's very good at staying in touch and communicating clearly, she's very conscientious, and she loves animals, which is always a plus.
Savannah is an INCREDIBLE caregiver! She’s so knowledgable about dog’s behavior and trading. She’s always eager to help when I have a question about training. She’s a great resource, especially for any new pet owners! My dog, Phoebe, is an excitable lab/terrier mix and Savannah is so patient and consistent with her! Phoebe just adores her is always jumping for joy (literally) to see her. I’m so lucky to have found her!

Programa
I’m currently in graduate school for communication and work part-time, so clear communication and staying organized are basically built into my daily life at this point. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I have flexibility for drop-in visits and walks throughout the week. I understand how important consistency is for pets, especially those with specific routines, high energy levels, or anxiety around new people, and I take timing and instructions seriously.
