This flexible schedule allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for. I only accept bookings on the days I’m not scheduled at the hospital, so your pet will always have my full focus. Whether it’s a long walk, cuddle time, or keeping up with their feeding and medication schedule, I’m committed to making your pet feel safe, loved, and cared for.

Information like their feeding schedule, any medical conditions or medications, favorite toys or activities, and any behavioral quirks helps me tailor my care to keep them safe and comfortable. Knowing details about their routine, likes, and dislikes also helps reduce any stress or anxiety they might feel while away from their owner. Plus, understanding how they interact with people or other animals ensures a smooth and positive experience for everyone. The more I know upfront, the better I can make their time with me enjoyable and worry-free!
A typical day
I love making sure pets have a great time while they’re in my care! Depending on their energy level and preferences, I’ll plan a mix of fun activities like: Going on daily walks to explore the neighborhood and enjoy fresh air Playing fetch, tug-of-war, or chasing games to keep them active and entertained Engaging in puzzle toys or treat-dispensing games to stimulate their minds Giving plenty of belly rubs, cuddles, and gentle petting for comfort and bonding Introducing new toys or safe playtime activities to keep things exciting For cats, interactive play with feather wands, laser pointers, or hide-and-seek with toys My goal is to make every visit enjoyable, so pets feel happy, stimulated, and loved throughout their stay!

What sets me apart as a sitter is the deep love and respect I have for every animal in my care. I cared for my cat for 16.5 wonderful years and now share my life with a sweet 4.5-year-old dog, so I truly understand the emotional bond we have with our pets. I’m experienced with both energetic pups and senior pets who need a gentler touch. I’m comfortable with administering medication, helping with puppy training basics, and providing tailored attention based on your pet’s age, temperament, and needs. Your pet will be treated like family—with patience, play, and lots of affection—because I know that’s what you’d want while you’re away.

Sauvignon and her family was very friendly and took care of Oliver very well. Oliver looked very happy at her house.
She has been so good to Fiona! Great at communicating and sending updates throughout the entire stay. Fiona looks so happy in all the pictures and usually she is bad at eating when she is not home but she’s also been eating at her home! Would definitely repeat!
Sauvignon did a great job making our dog feel comfortable and keeping us updated with pictures. We'll definitely go back to Sauvignon the next time we travel.
