As a full-time pet sitter, your fur babies are the focus of my day. I'm available for drop-in visits either morning (6am-noon), afternoon (noon-5pm), or evening (5pm-10pm). If I'm house sitting for your pets, we'll come up with an agreed upon schedule for when they need me home.

I appreciate being able to care for pets in their own environments where they feel safe. I will respect your home just as if it were my own. At our meet and greet will discuss any house care (ie: mail or plant watering) as well as any house rules (ie: Miffie isn't allowed in the office). We will also discuss sleeping arrangements, if that applies.

A typical day
Many cats are curious, but shy at first. After our "chores" are done, I usually find someplace to sit where they can come and investigate me. I hang out quietly with a book and a toy, allowing the cats to come explore and make friends at their own pace.

Pet care experience
Saturday Grace has been an avid cat-lover all their life. They currently live with mostly senior cats and have lots of experience with subcutaneous fluids, medication, and general senior cuddling. But fear not! Saturday has also fostered many kittens, including those abandoned by their mamas and in need of bottle feeding. Saturday is an all ages cat-carer. Saturday has recently discovered their love of dogs as well. They love providing care, short walks, and lots and lots of snuggles to their canine friends. Saturday does best with small and medium dogs. They only take large dogs if they don't need walks. When they are not entirely absorbed by pet-cuddles, Saturday can be found reading, writing, or attempting not to kill their garden.

Saturday was great at reaching out with questions about Sasha's medication needs. However when I got home, I found that Sasha's food bowls were empty. This was unlike her. When I asked her about it, Saturday admitted to forgetting to leave dry food out but insisted that she gave a can of wet. This didn't add up because my cat didn't poop for a day and when she did, it was about the amount from the food I gave her. I also discovered that she didn't lock the door behind her when she left so it made me wonder if my place was left open during the whole time I was out. Was very disappointed in this because of all the positive reviews about Saturday. Unfortunately basic pet sitting skills were missed and I couldn't trust her with another upcoming booking.
