Hey! I’m a Veterinary Assistant with 4 years of experience working in clinic. This has taught me many valuable skills including post surgical / wound care, administration of various medications, dietary needs, and many other pet caring skills. I also have spent a great deal of time caring for my own elderly doggy who recently passed from cancer. This in conjunction with my training has given me a great deal of experience working with high need pets who require complicated care. I’ve also done some casual cat and dog sitting for family, friends, and coworkers. Since my own doggie passed I have been missing my pet time and thought this would be the perfect way to get my fix! :)

Sasha looks after our lab regularly and is reliable, loving and kind. She will let us know how the visit went and if she noticed anything of concern. Our dog gets excited when she gets to spend time with Sasha, she provides a safe and fun environment for our dog and we would highly recommend her to other pet owners.
If you want someone who treats your pets like royalty and gives you absolute peace of mind, hire Sasha immediately! She looked after our two dogs—a 9-year-old Shar-Pei/Bulldog mix and a 3.5-year-old Husky/German Shepherd mix—and was completely awesome from start to finish. Our dogs are dog-reactive, so we are extremely selective and don't trust just anyone with them. She handled them like a true professional. Her background as a vet tech shines through in her confidence, composure, and deep understanding of animal behavior. She did drop-in house visits and was 100% reliable, punctual, and attentive to their individual safety and physical needs. She showered them with love, kept up with play and feeding, and effortlessly navigated their tricky quirks. Knowing our dogs were safe, understood, and in expert hands made all the difference. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
Sasha has frequently pet-sit for me while I am away for work. She is very respectful, knowledgeable, and caring towards my cat. Her aura is very friendly and loving towards pets, and my anxious cat took very well to her presence. Also, her background working in a veterinary office was a bonus for me, and I can trust Sasha to take care of my cat while I’m gone. I think she would be an excellent fit for rover and I would absolutely recommend her to anybody looking for a caring, kind, and loving pet-sitter!
Sasha is an awesome pet sitter! She has taken great care of our cat Roland a couple of times now and is great with his very detailed daily schedule. She has also taken very good care of our house and garden, high recommend!

Schedule
This September I’ll be going into full time school, as a student I will need to be on the VIU campus for 2-8 hours daily on weekdays. I’ll be available for pet care before and after class, and all day on weekends. :)
