My own two high-energy dogs need a lot of their own exercise and affection; they are a part time job, themselves! If your schedule is such that you need a hand fulfilling your dog’s needs - reach out to me! Your dog will receive love and affection from me, but also firm verbal corrections. Having gone through puppy training, I have basic training skills which I'm happy to work into my visits with your dog, if requested. I prefer the correct-and-redirect method of behavior management. I also prefer some post-walk pets, scratching, and lap-holding. I also love taking photos of dogs - so please also expect to receive some shots of your pooch after my time with them.

Depending on what you have in mind for your pup, I'll take them for a stroll, or we'll stay at home to engage - whether that's playing, petting, or working on some basic commands. I'll be sure to follow any specific instructions as I leave your dogs until your return, making sure they're safe and secure again.

I reached out to Sarah to help care for our new puppy on a day both my husband and I needed to work and couldn’t give our little guy the full attention he needs. SARAH is a super caring person. I can’t recommend her enough. We can be a over protective dog parents and get nervous leaving our Porter with a sitter. Sarah was amazing with him at the initial meeting. He was comfortable, and got some belly rubs and tug time with her. On the day of the visit we received updates, pictures, and a review of the walk. Sarah is always warm and welcoming to my pup. She even went out of her way to make sure my dog was cleaned up in addition to her being fed, well exercised, and loved on. I love that Sarah sends me pictures and checked in on any special needs for my dog. Sarah will no doubt care for your pup like it’s her own and form a special bond with your furry family member. She just has a knack for it!

Schedule
I'm typically available Monday through Friday between 8AM and 2PM to come give your dog some love and exercise. I may be available on some weekends, as well.

- I like dogs of all sizes and breeds. I know how to take it slow around timid dogs and how to not over-excite the ones who are, well, not timid - ha. But if your dog has a certain behavior that I should be aware of, and how you prefer it be handled, please give me a heads up. If you have a large dog who is especially excitable and hard to handle on-leash, I will use a gentle leader on our walks, unless you have another effective restraint method.
