Hello, my name is Sarah! I am 26 years old and residing in Ottawa, ON. I am an animal lover all-around, but have a special soft spot for dogs! I do not currently have any pets but have grown up and spent my whole life around dogs & cats. I understand the feeling of an animal being more than a pet, but rather a member of the family. I have previously owned large dogs, therefore I consider myself to be fully capable and comfortable caretaking for your larger/ stronger pets too. I have experience with retrievers, huskies, Irish wolfhounds, golden doodles, black toy poodles, German shepherds, Swiss mountain dogs, and lots more!

I am very involved in the care I provide & love to give pets the attention they require. I am trustworthy & capable of following client’s regular care routine for their pets. I am more than capable of exercising & walking pets as well.

Sarah truly becomes your pet’s new best friend. I’m SO grateful to have found her on Rover. My dog instantly connected with Sarah at our meet and greet. Sarah embodies all of the qualities that you would want in a person caring for your pet. She’s punctual, trustworthy, reliable, positive, caring and communicative. I received updates and pictures daily while I was away. I cannot speak highly enough about Sarah!!!!
Sarah has taken care of and had dogs for many years. Dogs are family members to Sarah and if you use her, she will care for your dog like he/she is her own. She is a nursing student and quite capable. I would always book Sarah first if I go away or simply need a dog walker.
Sarah has been very caring and competent looking after my Labs for many years now. She’s responsible and truly loves dogs. If you’re going away or just need someone to check in on your dog for bathroom breaks and a play session, there’s no one else I’d ask.
Sarah has cared for my dog (Delilah) multiple times when I was out of town. She followed my instructions for meal times, medications, and made sure she got enough physical and mental exercise each day. My dog is a large dog breed (shepherd mix), weighing 90lbs, and she had no problem controlling her on a leash. She is also reactive to other dogs, and I trust Sarah to be aware of other dogs when in a public space. She also sent updates throughout the day which is a fun bonus! If you are looking for someone who is great with pets and will treat your pet like her own, Sarah is who I would recommend.
