Hello, my name is Sarah! I am 27 years old and residing in Ottawa, ON. I am an animal lover all-around, but have a special soft spot for dogs! I do not currently have any pets but have grown up and spent my whole life around dogs & cats. I understand the feeling of an animal being more than a pet, but rather a member of the family. I have previously owned large dogs, therefore I consider myself to be fully capable and comfortable caretaking for your larger/ stronger pets too. I have experience with retrievers, huskies, Irish wolfhounds, golden doodles, black toy poodles, German shepherds, Swiss mountain dogs, and lots more!

I am very involved in the care I provide & love to give pets the attention they require. I am trustworthy & capable of following client’s regular care routine for their pets. I am more than capable of exercising & walking pets as well.

Sarah did a good job looking after my house and husky. The place was clean and tidy and Dawson looked content. She got him out for his three walks a day (although some were quite short) Sarah stayed with him most of the time, so he got lots of company, which he needs 🐕🙂🐕

Would highly recommend Sarah! Sarah took amazing care of our cat Silvia and stayed in our home for a couple nights while we were away. We received regular updates and photos and we knew our cat was in good hands! Our apartment was left super clean and tidy. It was a huge peace of mind to know that Silvia was being looked after by someone so trustworthy and caring. Thank you, Sarah!
Our cat is quite anxious, so honestly, we weren’t even expecting to get photos of her not hiding under the bed haha. But we were so happy to see that she was relaxed around Sarah and even let her pet her. Sarah gave us clear and timely updates throughout the visits, and communication with her was very comfortable. When we came back, we found our home clean and most importantly, our cat was friendly and didn’t seem stressed at all. We would be very happy to have Sarah look after her again!
Sarah is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond with all her animal care. She is very responsive and communicative. Luna and willow had a blast with her! Thank you Sarah!

Schedule
Currently a student - For walks, or check-ins (from Sept-April) I will usually only be available on evenings and weekends. For house sitting (from Sept-April) I will be available any day of the week, however may need to leave the house for a period of 6-8 hours at a time on weekdays.
