Reliable Pet Sitting You Can Count On
I’ve been caring for dogs for over 11 years, and in that time I’ve worked with just about every kind of pup you can imagine, from tiny pomeranian fluff balls to big, goofy golden retrievers. I really enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and figuring out what makes them feel comfortable. I’m experienced with medication administration, including pills, liquids, and special routines, so pets with health needs are never a problem. I’m patient, careful, and always follow the exact instructions you leave. Before pet sitting, I spent years working in a pet store, which gave me a lot of practical knowledge about nutrition, behavior, grooming basics, and general animal wellness. That experience helps me notice little things like changes in appetite, behavior, or energy… that some sitters might miss. What really sets me apart is that I treat every pet like they’re my own. I take the time to build trust, keep routines consistent, and make sure they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. I know how important it is to have someone reliable in your corner, and I’m committed to giving both you and your pets peace of mind. Having moved over from Australia this year, I miss my pets at home a great deal and an excited and the prospect of looking after your much loved pet.

Ratings and reviews
Taffy absolutely enjoyed his stay boarding Sarah and would love to go back. Sarah was detailed and understood all the meal requirements and requirements for Taffy which made us at ease. Sarah was also very flexible with an early morning drop off and a late night pick up to accommodate our travelling. Absolutely a joy working with her and she kept us posted on the Rover with lots of pictures and videos.
Dolly can’t wait to get to Sarah’s whenever I drop her off! Clearly she has a great time.

Sarah was amazing and o think Dolly loved her day with her!

Olive seems to have enjoyed her stay and walks with Sarah… can recommend

Sarah took such good care of Skye over the Christmas period. She is very flexible and easy going and we received regular updates throughout the stay. Skye really seemed to have a blast!

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I’m currently a school teacher, so I’m always up early, around 4:50 AM which means morning walks (even during winter) feedings, or check-ins are easy for me to fit in before work. I’m usually home by 5 PM, giving me plenty of time for evening walks, playtime, or overnight care. Because of the school schedule, I also have regular breaks throughout the year, including 1–2 week holidays during half-term and a longer break over Christmas. During those times I’m home full-time, which allows me to offer even more flexible and attentive care. I’m also planning to move into a hybrid role, which will put me at home during the day more often, perfect for pets that need company, supervision, or midday routines. I’m available for boarding any day of the week, and my home is set up to be safe, comfortable, and pet-friendly. I have a spacious enclosed courtyard backyard where pets can get fresh air and move around freely, along with a cozy indoor environment where they can relax and feel secure. My fiancé and I are extremely active people and always like to be out and about where possible, enjoying the outdoors and of course your pet would be joining us on all adventures!

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
When I care for pets, whether in my home or yours, I focus on keeping their routine consistent, their environment safe, and their stress levels low. Boarding in My Home: Pets staying with me get plenty of space, comfort, and structure. I have a secure, enclosed courtyard backyard for outdoor time, and inside the home I create a calm, clean environment where they can relax. I stick closely to your feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any medication instructions. I’m home early in the morning and back by late afternoon (with my fiancé leaving later in the morning for work and back home earlier than I am), and during holidays or breaks I’m home full-time. Pets get regular walks, playtime, and lots of supervision. Pet Sitting in Your Home: When I stay in a pet owner’s home, I keep things as familiar as possible for the pet. I follow your daily routines with feeding, bathroom breaks, walks, litter cleaning, play, and quiet time, as well as making sure the home stays tidy and secure. I also keep you updated so you feel confident your home and your pet are both in good hands. Drop-Ins: For quick drop-in visits, I handle all the essentials: feeding, water refresh, medication if needed, litter box cleanings,, and giving pets attention and reassurance. I’m attentive during these visits and make sure nothing is rushed or overlooked. Dog Walking: For walks, I focus on safe, enjoyable outings that match each dog’s pace and energy level. Whether it’s a structured walk for a strong puller or a slow sniff-around for seniors, I tailor the walk to their needs. I always ensure proper leash handling and pay attention to safety, weather, and comfort. No matter which service you choose, I make sure pets feel secure, understood, and cared for like they’re part of the family while you’re away.
A typical day
A day in the life with your pets would be full of activity and plenty of adventure. For dogs, mornings might start with an energizing walk or a trip to a nearby park, letting them explore new scents, enjoy the outdoors, and stay active. Throughout the day, we’d mix in fun outings like a new trail to discover, a dog-friendly café, or a spontaneous adventure. Back at home, your cat would have just as much fun with a cozy but stimulating routine of interactive play sessions and many, many cuddles. Whether we’re out exploring with the dog or creating excitement indoors for the cat, the day would be a blend of exercise and affection tailored to their personalities and our active lifestyle.
