There has never been a time in my life that I did not have pets! My day job is canine caretaking at a local animal rescue. I have experience with animals in every life stage - from high energy puppies to end of life care. I’m fully comfortable caring for cats and dogs of all breeds with any level of needs. Pet parent to 2 dogs 🦮🐕🦺 and 1 cat🐈 Lafayette Animal Care Shelter & Center and Acadiana Therapeutic Riding Organization volunteer 💙🐶🐱🐴

I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs who love to play but also know how to respect boundaries. I also have a cat who is unbothered by dogs.

I've worked with Sarah for many years now and know her to be an eminently capable person and loving pet owner. She's raised dogs and cats who are healthy and active. She regularly hosts foster dogs/kittens. Very responsible and personable, she would make a great sitter for Rover.
Sarah is the most caring and attentive pet caregiver I have ever met. She is a champion of safety and security but also make sure to constantly be engaged and catering to her pets to ensure they are having the best time. Incredibly good at maintaining schedules and handling difficult in emergency situations. We trust her with the life of any animal.

Schedule
At the moment, my day job schedule varies weekly. Please reach out to see when I am available for drop ins. I’m also available for overnight stays if that is what you and your pet prefer! I’m glad to help out with other miscellaneous needs while you are gone, like take in packages, water plants, take trash to the road - just let me know!
