Your Dog’s New Best Friend!
I’ve been a pet lover since the day I was born—begging my parents for a puppy as soon as I could talk! Before we got one, I proved I was ready by walking neighbours’ dogs and pet sitting for friends. When I was 11, I finally convinced my family to get our first dog. I trained him, walked him, and even did his grooming myself. Five years later, we added a second pup to the family, and I’ve been helping care for both ever since. One of them is now a senior, so I’m familiar with the extra attention and medication some dogs need as they age. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I’d love to spend my free time helping other pet parents feel confident their dogs are safe, happy, and loved.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always prioritize safety, routine, and comfort. I take the time to understand each pet’s needs and stick closely to their usual schedule—whether that includes walks, feeding, playtime, or medications. I know how important it is for pets to feel secure in their own space, so I make sure to keep things calm, positive, and familiar. I’m respectful of the home environment, follow all instructions carefully, and keep things clean and tidy. I also stay in touch with regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. Your pet’s happiness and well-being are always my top priorities.

Sarah is fantastic! Our three dogs love her, she is calm, kind and easily handles two of our over 100lb dogs. We know our dogs will be safe, loved and enjoy their time with her!
Sarah was phenomenal and our dogs loved her! She was excellent to work with and communication was incredible. She sent us regular updates including photos of the dogs and their activities. We are so lucky to have found Sarah as our three can be pretty picky with who takes care of them. We cannot praise her enough for making our dogs feel safe and even more for the peace of mind we had when she was taking care of the dogs!
Sarah watched my senior cat, Shadow, for a few days, and I have nothing but good things to say. He is a shy, older cat (17 years old), and he warmed up to her quickly. She adapted quickly to his food schedule and even gave him his medicine. She followed the instructions flawlessly and went above and beyond by sending updates and even supervising him while he lay outside in the sun. I knew my cat was in good hands and returned home to a happy, healthy, well-taken care of cat. Next time I go out of town, Sarah will be watching Shadow 100%.
My dog went for walks with Sarah many times. She was always so excited to see her and came back very happy. Would highly recommend!

Schedule
I’m currently taking a year off school, which gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule. This means I’m able to dedicate real time and attention to the pets I care for—whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or longer stays. I enjoy having pet care as part of my routine because it lets me stay active, spend time doing something I love, and help others at the same time. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, and I’m happy to accommodate a range of needs and schedules.
