Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize safety, comfort, and consistency. I follow all instructions closely to maintain your dog’s usual routine—whether that’s feeding, walk times, or medication. I take the time to earn each dog’s trust through patience, positive energy, and lots of love. I always make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure and double-check for anything that could pose a risk. Your home and pet will be treated with the utmost respect and care, just like my own family’s.
Information Sarah S. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to know about your dog’s specific needs, routines, or quirks—whatever makes them them! Every dog is unique, and I’m happy to accommodate their preferences to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Meeting dogs where they’re at is key to building trust and giving them the best care possible.
A typical day
I love making sure dogs are mentally and physically fulfilled! Depending on your dog’s energy and preferences, I’ll incorporate plenty of stimulating activities—like sniff walks, games of fetch, puzzle toys, or basic training practice to keep their minds sharp. For more active pups, I’m happy to take them to nearby parks like Latrobe, Fort McHenry, or Riverside for fresh air and fun. Whether it’s an adventure or a cozy stroll, I’ll tailor each visit to meet your dog’s unique needs and keep their tail wagging!

Pet care experience
I’ve cared for dogs of all ages—puppies, high-energy adults, and sweet seniors—since middle school. I’m now 26 and have over a decade of hands-on experience walking, feeding, and loving dogs like they’re my own. I understand that dogs are family, and I treat every pup with patience, attention, and affection. I’m especially mindful of senior dog needs—slower walks, joint care, medication schedules, and extra gentleness. Whether your dog needs playtime, snuggles, or a relaxing stroll, I’ll provide care that’s both safe and loving.

Sarah is absolutely wonderful with my dogs! I come home and they are happy to see me but seem super content from the care she gives them. Would definitely rebook and recommend

Sarah was communicative and gave my dog long walks which I know she loved!

Sarah is the best!

Sarah was great with our two high energy dogs!! We needed her in a pinch for an overnight trip, and we returned with calm, happy pups :) we’ll definitely look to book Sarah for our next trip!!
