With over 20 years of experience caring for dogs—especially larger breeds—I understand their needs and personalities. Whether your pup loves energetic runs or just relaxing with cuddles and companionship, I'm here to provide the care and attention they deserve. I grew up with Golden Retrievers and until recently always had a dog. My family is not ready for a dog of our own, so what better way to enjoy caring for pets than to take care of others for the time being!

Schedule
Work in an office, five minutes from my house, and work from home on Thursdays. Ideally looking to help with those who need long weekends and holiday care (Thurs-Sunday). Easily able to run home for walks.

Safety, trust & environment
Happy to care for pets in clients' home, though prefer my home. But I'm flexible! I have a fenced backyard and live downtown with lots of access to walks and park space. I work close to home so easy to pop by for walks, but also home a lot and able to spend lots of time with your pups when you need extra help with your dog. My kids would especially love the chance to cuddle and spend some time with your dog (though please ensure your dog is kid-friendly as I have a 3-year-old!). I have lots of experience with dogs, and super experienced enforcing any dog training rules you have.
A typical day
I work from home a lot so I spend lots of companion time with dogs, but I especially love going for long walks and runs with dogs. I live downtown and have lots of access to parks near ducks for them to bark at, or plenty of stranges for them to say hello to while on walks. And of course, I have to children (ages 3 and 10) who will especially love to play with your dog, whether in our fenced backyard or in my home.
