I grew up with dogs and began caring for my neighbors animals while they were away since I was old enough to mozy across yards safely on my own! I have helped raise puppies and kittens from as young as 8 weeks old and have also cared for older dogs that need medication and to take their time getting around to be safe. I just finished a PhD in Social Work at the University of Denver, and I am continuing to teach and research there for the time being. Sometimes I teach in person 1-2x a week, but usually my work is remote and I can spend more time with your critters:)

I will strive to keep your animal's schedule as close to routine as possible so that they feel as comfortable as they can while you are away! I will also respect your space and aim to make it feel just as you left it before you went on your adventure.

Schedule
I work as an adjunct instructor in DU's MSW program and my schedule is quite flexible! Depending on the quarter, I may teach one or two classes which are 3 hours once a week. I will usually have virtual research and student meetings sprinkled throughout the week, but I typically know about these at least a week in advance so I can let you know (or make alternate plans) if these coincide with your pet's routine.
