Caring Pet Parent
I have owned several of my own pets over the years, including a diabetic cat who needed insulin shots daily, and pets requiring medication daily. I have worked in two vet's offices, once as a kennel worker taking care of and cleaning up after sick and boarding patients, and the other as a receptionist/vet tech. I have experience with many types of dogs and cats, as well as farm animals and horses.

I always make sure the pets that I sit are comfortable, safe, and happy. I make sure to follow the specific instructions laid out for me and treat everyone's pets like my own. I'm very transparent with the pet parents I sit for and make sure that I am consistently in contact with them and let them know how their pets are daily.

We always feel comfortable leaving our two cats in Sarah's care. Great communication.
Great service, always feel comfortable having Sarah take care of my two cats.
My dogs loved Sarah and were happy to see her when she dropped in for visits. Thanks!
Sarah provided excellent care and companionship for our cat, Oscar despite adverse weather conditions. She is a dedicated caregiver!
Sarah was great! We are so happy our cat was in good hands. Regularly updated and shared plenty of photos. Thanks again!
Sarah was amazing and went above and beyond for our two cats. I felt so at ease knowing that they had a caring, compassionate and thorough person taking care of them. She even took her shoes off when entering our house knowing that we do. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to take wonderful care of their pet!

I am currently a part-time employee with the ability to make time to fit sitting in my schedule. In general I am usually available in the mornings before 1pm. I currently have two cats and take care of them daily, so I am used to the routine of taking care of them daily.

- I can administer medications to dogs and cats, whether that be orally or injected. I have had several pets that have or currently require oral medications, and have had a cat in the past that received daily insulin injections. I would like to know what the pet requires in terms of medication or if they are shy and need special treatment or extra time to warm up. I'd also like to know if they are aggressive with other dogs or have any particular behavioral things that I need to be aware of in order to provide the safest and best care for them.
